The moment I saw this dress I could smell the lilacs from my childhood. Thoes beautiful perfumed bundles of violet flowers were my favorite thing in our back yard. Alberta Feretti told Marcio Mederia of www.vogue.co.uk "Lilac is a romantic colour.
