About This Author

2009...as it unfolds is heralding in a lot of new hope. The outlook steeped in doom and gloom by large due to the current economy, yet offers scope for serious soul searching... 2008 has been a year of taking baby steps for me. I did three group shows with GlobalArtFusion.com in a Chelsea area gallery in New York City, “Icons”, a solo show at the Somerset Art Association in Bedminster, and one at the Albrook Montessori School Gallery, in Liberty Corner. I always try to keep my audiance in mind. While painting a landscape for the Morris Union Jointure Commission in Warren, I thought of how the autistic child internalizes an experience and represented a single sunny landscape on a span of four over sized canvases. The purpose was to uphold the fragmented absorption of a single and expansive experience by these children.
