Always enjoyed writing letters - remember those anyone? I left the UK when I was 20 years old and was horribly homesick for the first year that I lived in Germany. I wrote tons of letters! Blogging is a little more intimidating, but hey - I'll give anything a try once. I now live in Alabama and enjoy teaching my friends how a proper English woman would talk. Most people who know me would laugh hysterically at that - I'm from Blackburn, Lancashire and the accent is not very refined. Anyway, I find myself living here, now divorced, and I have two teenagers who float between my house and my ex's. We live 5 minutes from each other which my friends find strange but to me is quite logical.
