Tamika Morrison, Founder of The Write Stylz Public Relations Firm, LLC (www.thewritestylzprfirm.com) is from Charlotte, North Carolina where she began her career in marketing and public relations. A gifted and talented writer, Ms. Morrison wrote and directed her first play at the age of 15. That accomplishment alone proved to her that writing would play a major part in her life’s mission. With over eight years of professional experience under her belt, Ms. Morrison is a published writer and has written for several publications. She’s also very adept at analyzing and connecting pertinent dots, skilled at building great relationships, gifted in marketing and developing creative public relations campaigns utilizing audacious, out-of-the box thinking combined with exceptional business strategies. She ’s active in her local community mentoring children in academics and life skills and has served on the board of non-profits such as Jacob’s Ladder Job Center, Inc. (headquartered in Charlotte) and was most recently a contributing member of the Charlotte Area Association of Black Journalists (a branch of the National Association of Black Journalists, NABJ). Ms. Morrison has worked in both the public and private sector successfully managing a range of clients in diverse industries (including, but not limited to): Arts & Entertainment, Media, Business/Finance, Authors, Speakers, Professional Organizations and Non-Profits.
