How my family survived a massive cut in pay
Sometime last year, things started going a little hinky for us. I was a SAHM, my husband worked from before the sun came up until well after it went down, 6 days a week. Sure we had plenty of money, but we didn't get any quality time alone, or as a family, outside of going to church on Sundays.
Hours got cut, and drastic changes were made. My husband got a job with another company, and then several weeks into the job, was told that he was expendable, and was sent on his way. Uh-oh.

Well, I guess it helps if I actually fill this thing out, huh? I am Shirley, a married mom of 3 kids. 5 if you count my husband and the dog, and sometimes I feel like I just have to.
Just moved out of a big town to a smaller town closer to hubby's work, and got myself enrolled into school starting in August! I'm very excited about everything that's going on here!
