I'm 33, live in a not-so-rural-anymore area of SW North Carolina with my husband of 12 years and my 3 kids, ages 9, 7 and almost 6. I stay home with my kids, but I work my butt off regardless. I should also mention I have 6 cats and a hamster. I love animals! I have strong opinions on many issues and when I have something to say about something, political correctness be damned! I tell it like I see it and I welcome any educated debate on issues. (note: I said educated!) I do not say anything purposely to hurt anyone's feelings, but occasionally I find speaking the truth does just that. I have a no-nonsense approach to life and I don't beat around the bush pussy-footing around issues. I believe everyone has free will to make their own decisions, but I also believe that one day we will all answer for those decisions, be they good or not. I can be funny and I try to be nice, but if you get me started on something I feel strongly about, LOOK OUT! I am a Christian who does not affiliate herself with any organized church or religion. My Faith is very important to me, the politics of church, not so much. I try to live a good, fair life as the Salt of the Earth I was put here to be. So excuse me of I come accross Salty...It's just my nature.
