I don't consider myself a commitment-phobe, but the idea of getting a tattoo scares me. It just seems so … permanent. As an Arizona native, I pretty much grew up in the pool. Once summer rolled around, my mom practically had to drag me and my brother -- kicking and screaming -- out of the water every night. Whenever my friends came over, it was only a matter of time before everyone was swapping swimsuits and splashing around like a mermaid (something I may still do in the privacy of my own tub). And if anyone forgot their suit, I had plenty on hand to share. But, now that I'm a little older, the idea kind of weirds me out.
