Matthew Krivohlavy, currently deployed overseas, couldn't attend his brother's wedding in Austin, Texas last weekend, so the Marine pilot did the next best thing -- he taped a video "toast" from the cockpit of his Harrier jet!

Groom Brandon Krivohlavy posted the video on Reddit a few days ago, and so far, it's garnered over a thousand comments. He played the footage at the ceremony, and "everyone in the room was either crying or completely speechless. It was a very moving moment for everyone there," he wrote.

    • Irish Wedding Traditions

In honor of St. Patrick's Day, here are some of our favorite ways to honor your Irish heritage in your wedding day.
      Claddagh ring

      Claddagh Ring
The claddagh ring is one of the most well-known Irish wedding traditions. Typically passed down from mother to daughter or grandmother to granddaughter, the ring represents love, friendship, and loyalty. Single ladies wear the ring on their right hand with the point of the heart facing the fingertip. When in a relationship, the ring is flipped around so that the point faces the wrist, symbolizing that her heart has been captured. And when the woman becomes engaged, the ring is moved over to her left hand, with the point of the heart facing the fingertips. The ring is flipped around at the wedding. You can also incorporate the claddagh in your invitations:

      Choose Your Date Wisely
In ancient times, Irish couples were cautioned against marrying between May and August - the busiest time in Irish life. As the saying goes,

    • Buyer Beware: Counterfeit Wedding Gowns Online

While we recognize that it's a growing trend to buy your wedding gown online, there are still some serious concerns that you must consider first. Here, we break it down:

      1. If the Price Seems Too Good to Be True, Then it Is
Some online retailers claim to be selling you a designer wedding gown for 50% or more off the retail price. They might even be showing you the same photographs you see on the designer's website or in our gown gallery, leading you into a false sense of security. But what you don't know is that more often than not, these photographs are being used without permission, and the dress you'll receive - if you ever receive it - will be a cheap knockoff version of the gown you fell in love with. Think stiff, itchy fabrics, uneven seams, and unflattering cuts.

      2. Always Check the Designer's Site Before Making a Purchase
On every wedding gown designer's website, you'll find a list of authorized retailers. These are the only stores permitted to distribute
