      By Megan Segura, Daily Makeover

Model When you wake up to a new breakout in the morning, you're left with two options: You can slap on some spot treatment and proudly wear your tell-tale pink Mario Badescu spots out in public, or you can cover the offending pimple with concealers and pray no one notices the flesh-colored welt on your face. The problem with the latter, of course, is that you're only aggravating the problem further and not giving your skin a chance to heal itself.

      Trail Running
Let that treadmill gather some dust for the next few months, and hit up a local trail instead. Trail running is a great change of pace from road running (and the treadmill) because the uneven terrain requires balance and total engagement, creating a more intense workout. Without even increasing your speed, your aerobic and anaerobic energy systems will be tapped.

      Take An Outdoor Class
Skip the yoga studio and head for the park. You can find outdoor classes in your area through sites like meetup.com that locate yoga, pilates and strength training classes within miles of your home.

Lauren Conrad In the '80s and early '90s magazine covers were reserved for supermodels. Then a shift occurred and readers clamored for A-List actresses instead of fashion's elite. It seems, however, that the tide has turned once again and it isn't actresses that are able to sell magazines anymore. In the study, 903 participants, all younger than 55 and living near the sunny coast of Australia, were given SPF 15 sunscreen. Half were told to apply it daily while also reapplying after swimming, heavy sweating or just spending several hours in the sun. The other half were told to apply it as they normally would.

To measure the sunscreen's effects, researchers took a silicone impression of the back of subjects' hands at the beginning and again four years later at the end of the study to look
