Despite all the sassy rainbow hair colors we've seen celebrities try on in recent times (the latest being Nicole Richie, with her new purple hair), when I think of offbeat dye, I always think of Lauren Conrad. She was the first to really make rainbow hair look wearable for girl-next-door types. I'm referring to the pretty blush-pink (and pale blue!) highlights she's worn now and again, but we've even seen Lauren make bolder hair color moves, like dip-dyeing her ponytail hot pink in summer 2012.
