Kate Middleton Debuts Royal Baby Bump

Agan, a former waitress, is already the single mother of two, but her responsibilities as a royal lookalike call for her to wear a prosthetic baby bump. “As Kate grows, I will too—to be authentic I thought it was important,” Agan tells BBC News.

Though Agan didn't provide any dollar figures, the average run-of-the-mill fake baby bump made from silicone costs upwards of $600, and can be found in the dark corners of the online retail industry. Agan has had several sizes custom-made so she can portray the Duchess at all stages of her pregnancy. It hasn’t been an easy task, as Kate, now five months pregnant, has yet to make the transition into maternity wear.

When Elise Andrew, the creator of the enormously popular Facebook Page “I F—ing Love Science” revealed on Wednesday that she is in fact female, she received thousands of comments from shocked fans and followers who simply assumed she was a dude, because only men like science.

“The entire thing has completely blown my mind. I've never kept my identity ‘secret,’ I just don't mention it every day. My name and profile are listed in the ‘about’ section, I've done numerous interviews all of which mention my age and gender,” Andrew told Yahoo! Shine. “I have no idea why it's being made a big deal of now, all I wanted was some cool names on Twitter to follow!”

The revelation came from a post with an accompanying profile photo to let her Facebook followers know she had joined Twitter. Two days later, another post acknowledging the controversy has received over 10,000 comments debating Andrew’s gender and the role of women in science.

On Wednesday Dax Shepard posted an essay on his Tumblr about his father, who recently passed away from cancer. At the end of the post, he shares a photo of his father with his hand on the belly of Shepard’s pregnant wife, Kirsten Bell.

“She lifted her shirt up and he put his hand on her swollen stomach. He left it there for the better part of an hour. He was smiling from ear to ear, sitting contently, unable to put together a sentence, but still capable of connecting to the new family member we were creating.”

Sadly, Shepard’s father didn’t get to see the birth—he passed away on December 31. “But that didn’t get in the way of him meeting the new baby,” Shepard writes. “It was an emotional and triumphant moment. One I will never forget. If I live to be a thousand, I will still be in debt to my wife for giving him that one last thrill.”

How Much Caffeine Would it Take to Kill a Person?

A single 12-ounce cup of coffee at Starbucks contains approximately 260 milligrams of caffeine according to EnergyFiend, a caffeine database. The same cup from Death Wish Coffee contains 520 milligrams, double the amount, and enough to give you some serious jitters.

“I had customers come in and say, ‘give me the strongest cup you got,’ and they wanted a darker roast,” Mike Brown, Death Wish's mad scientist, who also owns a coffeeshop in Pleasantdale, N.Y., told Yahoo!
