
I describe my fitness level as: Beginner.
I exercise: Almost never, unless you count chasing a toddler around all day long in a two-story house.
My usual reaction to fitness DVDs is: Positive.
Zumba Fitness
On a scale of barely sweat to totally-kick-butt, this workout is: Fun and it definitely gets your heart rate going. I got a little sweaty, but I wasn't drenched in sweat. I love to dance and this seems to be what Zumba basically is, a series of different dance steps from different cultures (mostly of the Latin culture). Zumba wasn't much different from one of my Puerto Rican family parties.
The equipment I needed was: Just Me. There are some fun shakers included in the Zumba kit, but you didn't have to use them for the workout.
The next day I felt: Good, I didn't experience any pain afterwards.
The instructor was: Fun. There were rotating instructors and they all had a fun flare to them.
I'd recommend this DVD to: Anyone. It's fun and upbeat and a good work-out. Some of the steps may
