Vanderpump Rules' Stassi Schroeder is OK!'s newest style star! Each week, Stassi will be giving you a peek into her chic world to hear about the fashion trends she's loving and how she's using them to style herself and her friends.

I've said before that I am a sucker for wardrobe staples, and I've always felt that way towards black clothing. It can be paired with nearly anything and always delivers a look that isRead More »from Styled by Stassi: All-Black Street Style

All eyes have been on Jennifer Love Hewitt as the mom-to-be prepares for the birth of her first child, particularly on what the actress has been wearing!
Pregnancy fashion can be a drag if you don't have access to pieces that are cute and comfy, but JLH is partnering with maternity store A Pea in the Pod for a Spring 2014 capsule collection of on-trend styles to make every pregnant woman feel pretty.
"Like other moms-to-be, I had to dress for my new figure but I hoped that wouldn¹t mean sacrificing my personal style," says Jennifer. "It was a relief to go into A Pea in the Pod and to see I could continue wearing the clothing and designers I loved before pregnancy and to find pieces I really felt like myself in. To have the opportunity to bring my own perspective to such an established brand and to collaborate on a collection that other moms-to-be can wear and feel great in has made this time in my life even more special."

For the woman on the go, protein bars can become a best friend. They're portable, they're sweet and they keep you going. But there are better ways to use a protein bar to benefit your body than simply something to snack on while you're stuck in traffic traveling from point A to point B. Certified strength and conditioning trainer Holly Perkins has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, works closely with Promax Nutrition (makers of a variety of protein bars) and helps break down the mystery surrounding protein.
Calculate your protein needs.
"The first thing to understand is the more active you are, the more protein you need," says Holly. "Let's start with someone who's not super active. It's hard to say a precise number, but if you're an information geek like I am you'll sit down with your calculator and multiply your body weight by .9. If you're active, you take that up to your body weight times 1. It's basically our body weight in grams of protein. If youRead More »from Healthy Eats: Make Your Protein Bar Work for You

Look out, Olivia Pope. Kate Middleton is upping the winter coat game for all of us! She appeared today at an event for London Poppy Day, looking perfectly appropriate as always in a poppy-colored coat for the occasion.
With Prince William on her arm, Kate appeared outside Kensington Palace to greet staff and volunteers from the Royal British Legion Poppy Day Appeal, which seeks to raise 1 million pounds today to support veterans and their families. Poppies are an international symbol of support for the armed forces.
Kate looked especially patriotic by matching her poppy brooch precisely to her coat. The belt of the garment showed off Kate's incredibly tiny waist, which seems to have completely returned to its pre-baby slimness. How does she do it?!
What do you think of Kate's Poppy Day look? Would you ever wear a colorful coat? Have you ever worn a poppy for the veterans? Tell us in the comments below or tweet us @OKMagazine.Read More »from Kate Middleton is Ravishing in Red on London Poppy Day
