      "Healthy food taste like cardboard" and "eat less and you will lose fat". Wrong!!! What If I told you there is a way you can make healthy food tasty and eat more of it without the added pounds. People who are trying to shed pounds are more successful when they choose foods that are both healthy and tasty. Way too often weight-loss plans focuses on restriction and repetition of the same old veggies and fruits. People get typically get frustrated and bored, reverting back to unhealthy food choices.

      2.When you prepare healthy foods at home for you and your family, make extra so you have tomorrow's lunch or a couple days of meals that consist of your good foods.
