Backstage at the Marchesa bridal runway show, Gucci Westman, Revlon's global artistic director and makeup mastermind, gave models an angelic look that was meant to enhance their natural features. So, when you're planning how you want to do your makeup for your big day, keep some of Gucci's tips in mind--you probably don't need as much makeup as you think to look glowy and gorgeous!
1. Less is more.
"I was thinking of a beautiful bride and what she should look like in my mind. And I don't think you should ever really go too far from what you look like, or what your fiancé knows you as. So going with that, you should just enhance what you have as much as possible."

2. Use primer! "First I did moisturizer, and then I did primer, which is an important step for a bride. It also helps keep the makeup longer. Using long-wearing products is not a bad idea. So I use the Colorstay shadows. I suggest liquid liner and also

It sounds like a lot of you have a good shot at getting engaged this holiday season (I cannot WAIT to hear who gets a ring!). So we at Glamour wanted to share some DOs and DON'Ts.

Do bring holiday cheer to your family gathering and announce that you're engaged for the group (keeping in mind the caveat below).
Don't make a big announcement if anyone in attendance may be sensitive to the issue of engagement, like an older sister who's been dying to get engaged herself or a recently divorced cousin. (Tell people in private in that case.)
Don't share your news online until you've told your family at the holiday gathering. And if you'll see your best buds for New Year's, why not wait 'til you can tell them in person?
Do think about when (approximately) you'd like to get married. That question will definitely come up at family holiday gatherings.

I once ran a poll where 88 percent of you said you'd rather have rain on your wedding day than a major pimple--88 percent! Well I just got some great tips from a dermatologist that'll help ensure your skin's as close to perfect as possible before your big day.
Well-known dermatologist Vermen M. Verallo-Rowell says these are her top tips for getting skin into tip-top wedding condition.
1. Make beauty sleep a top priority.
It might sound impossible when you have a wedding to-do list that's keeping you up at night, but it's a proven fact that sleep plays a crucial role in keeping skin clear and glowy. "Not only does adequate sleep help the skin regenerate from the inside out, it helps keep acne from appearing," Dr. Verallo-Rowell says. "Lack of sleep is a form of stress to the body and causes hormonal flare-ups which can lead to breakouts." She prescribes 7 to 9 hours a night, especially as your wedding day nears.

Kate Middleton and Prince William were in northern England on Monday, where local woman Amanda Wood asked Kate if she was feeling nervous before the big day.
Really, Amanda? You could've asked Kate anything, and you chose a question I could have answered on her behalf?!
"Yes, of course I am," Kate replied, according to People. Naturally. I'd be nervous, too, if I know a billion or so people were going to be watching my walk down the aisle!

But even if your Prince Charming isn't an actual prince, I bet you'll get pre-wedding butterflies. I certainly did!
I think I started feeling extra-frazzled around four days before the wedding, but I don't think the full-on crazy butterflies hit until I was dressed and ready to see Rory. (They were so intense, I'm getting butterflies all over again just thinking about it!)

Reese Witherspoon is a Mrs.! As I reported a couple weeks ago, she and Jim Toth were married yesterday at her Ojai, California, ranch.
According to Us Weekly, the 35-year-old bride wore a custom-designed Monique Lhuillier wedding gown. The pair exchanged vows in the front courtyard of her home in front of 120 friends and family members. Celeb guests included Alyssa Milano, Tobey Maguire, and Renee Zellweger.
Reese's children Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, took part in the ceremony. Her best friend, Heather Rosenfield, was her matron of honor, and her young nieces were served as flower girls.
Jim and the kids walked down the aisle to the "Tennessee Waltz." Reese stepped down to "Here Comes the Bride." The ceremony, which was 20 minutes long, was officiated by the Rev. Jimmy Bartz, founder of Thad's church in Santa Monica, where the couple attends Sunday services.
The pair exchanged wedding bands designed by William Goldberg.
