    • I really love and appreciate the company I work for I have given them over 6 years of my life. Through many ups, downs,trails, tribulations Human resources, good managers like Jeff, Maria has always been there. Things were going fine until I was tranferred to a department by the name of "BUNDLES". I was transferred with the promise that I would be promted within and that the new dfepartment gave me a chance to grow within the company. I applied for a management postion but was not given a reason other than they wanted managers that were bi-lingual.. The three mangers that were hired were based on personal decisons and not profession one soon resigned and the other left to work for another conpany. The third manager (who is not bilingual) the only reason she stayed and her numbers prevailed is because she commits fraud time clock, fraud if certain team manger miss days she fixes their attendance so she can make her $750.00 bonus each week, she send the employees with FMLA home or just

    • 18, and Living with HIV...

      A part of me wants to cry, a part of me wants to scream, my chest hurts. As a parent with an 18 year old daughter to hear another 18 year old male has HIV, contracted through unsafe sex its just sad. In this day and age with all the wrap it up commercials on BET all the commericals that push Celibacy why is not the question to be asked. As a motivational speaker I have to see the goodness and greatness in everything that this is a life sentence and not a death sentence he may just out live all of us. He could be a living testimony and save the lives of others his age. The one thing that is promised in life is death, we all suffer , to suffer is humane. A part of me wish I could have touched him and went over preventive measures. HIV once done we cannot undo it but we can will ourselves to make the most of it such as anything and everything in this life.
