A convicted felon caught on school bus video assaulting my child on school property.This man is only being charged with simple assault because my child was not seriously injured. How do we protect our children from adults harming or bulling them while under the care of the school. The school says it can't even file a police report! Apparently only caregivers can be charged with assault on a minor child or child abuse. Am I the only one that sees a problem with this? There seems to be no Federal laws or Oklahoma state statute that prevents this from happening.
