    • Your Greatest Asset of All: The Power of Thought

What is your greatest asset? Do you know that you possess an asset that truly has magical power in it? This power is truly the "miracle formula" in life and it is contained in our consciousness. Your greatest asset is your mind and this magical power I speak of is your power to consciously choose what you are thinking.

Quite often we find ourselves with a never-ending stream of thoughts going through our mind. These trains of thought gain more control as we endlessly repeat them over and over again. These thoughts become the reality we experience.

You will change your experience in life when you learn to change what you focus on and what you think about. Disharmony in your thinking creates disharmony in your being. Disharmony in your being creates disharmony in your life. There is a quote from ACIM that says, "You may believe that you are responsible for what you do, but not for what you think. The truth is that you are responsible for what you think, because it is

    • What to Do when Your Fashion Sense Goes on Vacation

      Ginger BurrGinger Burr

On a recent trip to Rockport, Massachusetts - a gorgeous seaside town - I spent a lot of time milling around and enjoying the gorgeous view and relaxing ambiance. Since it was a beautiful day the main street (or neck, as they call it) was packed with people on vacation. At one point, I had a very distinct realization - everyone looked the same. While all the teenagers were dressed in short shorts, everyone else's style was kind of an LLBean meets REI look. It made me feel sad. When did women start settling for a largely colorless, shapeless look?

I know. I know. Comfort is key, and I'm with you on that, especially on vacation. Gone are the days when I'll settle for something that is binding, scratchy or just plain uncomfortable. But, there is a happy medium between uninspired and trendy fashionista.

Summer is all about color and even thouh it is winding down you can be inspired to carry your colors into the autumn and winter. Flowers of every imaginable color are still

    • Are You Wishing for More Money?

      Maureen CampaiolaMaureen Campaiola

We all know what the process of manifestation looks like -- thoughts lead to feelings, feelings lead to actions, and actions lead to results. Sounds easy, doesn't it?

If you have a poor person's mindset, then you probably "think" about being rich. Maybe you even wish about having more money.

Possibly, you sit and meditate about money, visualize it and say countless affirmations that sound something like, "Money is flying at me in all directions!"

I don't know about you but money hasn't flown into me
lately instead I have had to actually do something for the money to
      appear.

Which brings me to the point: affirmations, visualizations and meditations are all wonderful tools, but if you want to change your financial circumstances you are going to have to take action!

Actions are what help to bridge the inner world, where all the
meditations and stuff go on, with the outer world, the world where you
      need to actually do something.

      So what stops

    • When Your Thought Energy Stops You

Yesterday, I was speaking with a few clients about money issues. They were each talking about what they didn't have and what was going wrong. Each of them was entrenched in the problem rather than the solution.

Money is the energetic equivalent of flow. When you go into the place of thinking you don't have it and it's too hard to get it, you are building a dam. If you are positive thinker on one hand and a worrier on the other you are canceling out the positive.

It takes 40 times more energy to use negative forces than it does to use positive forces. This has been proven by science again and again.

If you don't think you have something then you won't. When you're worried about people taking advantage of you then that is exactly what they will do. Employees will respond to your thoughts and do exactly what you tell them. The energy of those thoughts is as powerful to manifest results, whether bad or good.

My client the other day completely negated all the good several

When you turn on your cell phone what is the first thing you look for? Notifications, right? You immediately look for a message telling you about any missed phone calls/texts, who tweeted to you, and that post someone left on your Facebook wall- basically, you look for a memo to alert you of any changes that may have occurred between the last time you looked at your phone and now. A car's warning lamplights are just like a cell phone's notifications. They instantly let you know if problems have arisen in the system since the last time you drove and if that changes along the way. If a light on your dashboard stays on and you are sure that the problem indicated doesn't need correcting. There are a few other common explanations.

If a sending unit, which acts as a sensor relaying messages is damaged, than it may be displaying inaccurate information. A faulty sending unit can be fixed by replacement.

It may also be as simple as a loose or disconnected electrical connector. If

    • I'm Supposed to Feed Him What? the BARF Diet Explained

Joy RandelJoy RandelBarf. It isn't generally the sort of term one associates with tasty or nutritious cuisine -- for either canine or human. But this isn't barf, this is BARF, and it may be the answer to many pet owners' concerns about the health and longevity of their dogs. BARF stands for Biologically Appropriate Raw Food and advocates of this diet claim it can address a wide range of common canine afflictions, from dry skin and allergies to stomach sensitivities and tooth decay.

In lieu of processed and chemical-laden "dog food," pet owners adhering to the BARF diet feed their dogs whole foods of the same quality that is deemed safe for human consumption. Fruits, veggies, ground bones, raw meat, and offal (entrails and internal organs) constitute the foundation of the BARF diet.

And if your stomach is churning over the notion of figuring out how to get entrails into your dog's dish without significantly altering the cleanliness of your kitchen, have no fear! Pre-assembled meals following BARF

Are you the best kept secret in your industry? I have met so many talented entrepreneurs who could truly changes lives of many people … but the people who could benefit can't find them. If this sounds like you, you could have a visibility problem…

Visibility is the glue that holds all other strategies together when it comes to achieving expert status as a business owner. • When Death is Near

The Wheel Keeps turning and you can't slow it down,

You can't let go and you can't hold on

You can't go back and you can't stand still

If the thunder don't get you then the lightning will

Death is getting closer every day, and I have gone into Numb Mode. I don't know why this is, but during times of extreme stress, I become robotic. My mind goes into overdrive, tracking details and putting them in order, like sticky notes on a wall. How do I continue doing what I need to do, while doing what I know I will have to do? Who do I have to call, and when. Long distance scheduling and covering bases I can't see or touch.

My mother's primary caregiver calls. Theresa is so much more than that, probably more than I am at this point. I love her for her kindness and great heart; have been thankful for her presence for so long. Now, she freely sheds the tears my eyes ache to release, and can't. She calls in a panic about details that are going to be reality all too soon, and
