I've gotten a lot of emails these few past months, and most of them concern my hair and what I use. I remember doing a post where I talked about how I styled it, but I've never taken the time to shoot pictures of the actual products. I have a few favorites that I use almost everyday! I am in the process of figuring out how I am going to do a step-by-step for you-maybe even a video-what do you guys think? Maybe I'll wear some goggles and jump into my tub with my wetsuit on, ha!

Here are a few of my personal tips:

1. First off, I don't shampoo my hair a lot-maybe only two or three time a week. This doesn't mean that I don't take showers, I just don't want to wash away the natural oils in my hair. For instance, I will wet it and then just put conditioner on it. I use Pantene, because the smell is not overbearing, and it makes my hair feel like heaven. Even though it says to wash out the conditioner, I leave it in. I've never had any problems, and

I've been searching for a leather skirt for longer than I care to admit, so I was ecstatic when I found an affordable one last week at Zara. It's a classic shape, but feels current with its buttery leather and simple pockets.

I've already worn it a couple of times since then; once with a plain black shirt and red lipstick, and with this camel-colored sweater that's equal parts polished and casual. I used to think leather was a bit too rock 'n' roll for me, but it turns out that if the shape is right, it can be surprisingly versatile and chic.

I don't know about you, but when my mind hears, "military trend" I instantly think of a super-comfy jeans look (A.K.A something that doesn't fall in the office attire category), so I'm sure you can imagine my excitement when I saw this next outfit. It embraces the trend, but is A-OK for the office. Take a look and tell us what you think!

Of course the army green color of Rebecca's dress makes it "military" but its shirtdress-like cut and her tough brown belt add to the trend, while her black tights and sleek booties keep it chic for the office. So easy, but still so cute!

If expert predictions for Sunday's Oscar red carpet are correct, Joan Rivers won't know where to spew her style venom first! While it probably won't be a pantsless affair, fashion gurus say that Lady Gaga will have an effect on how out-there stars are willing to go...

Don't expect a snoozefest of LBDs at this year's awards--actresses are said to be taking their cues from the music world and venturing out into edgier silhouettes. According to Reuters, "With consumer confidence up, Hollywood's top female actresses will be wearing distinctive gowns highlighted by draping and accented shoulders and sleeves. Expect a wide array of colors, from pale shades and skin tones to bold purples, oranges, midnight blues and classic black.

New York Fashion Week may be over, but with the London collections in full swing and Milan and Paris starting soon, we couldn't stop ourselves from style-stalking the girls who make all these clothes look so darn good--the models! See what we caught the gorgeous Joan Smalls wearing after the jump, and tell us if you'd wear it too!

With heels, Joan's printed dress would look entirely different, but she gave it a downtown edge by pairing it with these flat, combat-inspired boots. I love that she added a boyfriend blazer instead of a cardigan, and her quilted bag and orange-y red lips just amp up the chic-factor. If you're going to re-create her look yourself, the possibilities are endless with a dress like this: wear it the way she did, add tights, or lose the blazer and try a black turtleneck underneath.

We love her reality show, her outfit changes, and even her hair accessories, so it's only natural that we'd be in love with Kim Kardashian's new jewelry line Belle Noel. See it for yourself and check out what she had to say about it, after the jump!
Kim launched her 75-piece line (a collaboration with celebrity jewelry designer Pascal Mouawad that even includes hair accessories) with a party at Revolve Clothing in L.A. where one of our editors, Jen Weinberg, caught up with her:

J.W.: Your new line is such a versatile mix of statement, everyday, and evening pieces, so we've got to ask, what's the jewelry version of the LBD?

Kim: I think every girl needs to have a hoop. I love hoop earrings. You can dress them up or dress them down. I'm obsessed with them! I did studs for Belle Noel and I wear studs all the time, so that would be the staple for this line, but I think I'm pretty over the top, so a hoop would be my jewelry staple.

While he has since retired Marilyn, we tapped into her to share some amazing every day makeup secrets:

1. Sable brown pencil and a black pencil.
Sable brown or a rich brown pencil that is appropriate for the shade of your skin. Over all a brown pencil can boost your brows, line your eyes and even smudge a little on to your lips ever so lightly (but NO hard lines on the lips). The black pencil to add to the brown around the eyes just a touch depending on your skin shade.

2. Basic glossy lip balm.
