I thought my jealousy of Sarah Jessica Parker's wardrobe had reached its apex last spring, when she had her twins and it was reported that she got to keep 70% of her wardrobe from the Sex and the City series days. I should have held out on my wish to raid her closet a little while longer, because it's about to have some fabulous new additions...

According to the newest issue of In Touch Weekly, Carrie alone has 41 outfit changes in the soon-to-be-released Sex and the City 2, and celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch estimates all of the Halston, McQueen, and Dior pieces combined add up to a whopping $10 million. "Some of these pieces cost more than an SUV," he tells the magazine. "But they get better mileage!"

That old rule about not wearing white before Memorial Day or after Labor Day? It's pretty much been tossed out the window--but as warmer weather approaches, we've got three absolutely mandatory rules to take its place.

White is meant to look pure, crisp, and clean--even when you wear it in the middle of winter (which, yes! is totally acceptable: Get the lowdown on winter white here), the feeling you want to evoke is of fresh white snow. To avoid looking like a white hot mess, always keep these three essential rules in mind:

1. Wear nude undergarments. Nothing kills a look more quickly than an unsightly flash of skivvies peeking through the fabric. Bright red or pink thongs with white linen pants should be an obvious no-no, but white bras and panties are just as offensive--their blindingly bright presence is totally obvious beneath thin summer fabrics. Choose an undergarment that matches your skin tone as closely as possible, and it'll blend seamlessly into your outfit.

The only thing more ridiculous than wandering the streets of Manhattan in a pink tulle tutu just may be strutting through the sandy deserts of Abu Dhabi in six-inch stilettos. And that, my dears, is why I will always love Carrie Bradshaw.

Yes ladies, believe it or not, a dress worth a whopping $1.5 million is set to make its debut on the runway this weekend at Miami International Fashion Week. According to a press release we recently received, the Danasha Luxury Gown, created by "the Middle East's most famous designer," Jad Ghandour, will grace the back of a yet-to-be-named celebrity on the catwalk this Saturday. They're calling it "the most elite gown on earth," thanks to diamonds from Antwerp that have been hand set in 18 karat gold.

"Our aim wasn't to just throw diamonds and gold together and call it a 'diamond gown'" the design team says in the statement. "We wanted to create a masterpiece - a gown that would highlight the finest
