Summer's hottest accessory isn't a $500 shoe, a $1,200 handbag, or even a $29.99 straw hat. It's a set of bracelets that sell for about 16 cents each, and even serious trendsetters like Mary-Kate Olsen are getting in on the action...
You may have spotted Silly Bandz, the rubber bracelets that come in a gajillion different shapes and are this season's ultimate symbol of BFF-hood, on the grade schoolers at your local mall. But a style.com reporter went on a resort appointment for The Row, the line of uber-luxe basics designed by Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and spotted one half of the chic duo wearing some Silly Bandz of her own!
I always knew the Olsen twins were total trendoids, but I wouldn't have guessed that Mary-Kate's love of fads would extend to a trend intended for little kids! Have any of you ladies become infatuated with Silly Bandz, too? Do you get their appeal, or are you kinda baffled? (I have to admit, they remind me of my own elementary school obsessions with slap

Way back when I was working on Glamour's Big Book of Dos and Don'ts, I had the amazing opportunity to take a peek into all different people's closets. Even in the teeniest of spaces, I found amazing wardrobes and was so inspired to put together new outfits from my own clothes. Keep reading to find out why this new style-stalking site has me feeling reminiscent of that time--but about a hundred times more excited than I was then.Read More »from Style Stalking From Your Desk Has Just Gotten Even Cooler, Thanks To Style Like U

I've heard from tons of plus sized readers over the years saying the same thing--they feel their wardrobe options are limited because they think they need to stick with solid colors. Guess what, girls? You can rock pretty prints as well as anyone else! The gorgeously confident Amber Riley shows us how, after the jump.Read More »from Plus Sized And Afraid Of Prints? Amber Riley Shows Us How To Do It Right
Rule #1: Choose a slimming pattern. Horizontal stripes or prints with lots of spaces won't do your figure any favors. Instead, opt for something in a vertical stripe, like Amber's dress, which will help elongate your shape and make you look leaner. A big print with overlapping graphics will have the same effect.

Rule #2: Buy true to size. Some women think that if they wear a dress that's two sizes too big for them, they'll hide anything they don't want to be seen under all of that material. In fact, the exact opposite is true--a very large swath of patterned fabric will only make you

Remember this morning, when we reported on the orange dress incident at the Holland vs. Denmark soccer game, and I said my interest in the World Cup was "slim to none"? I take it back!
If anything can make me swoon over soccer...it's this. Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of team Portugal, starring in the latest ads for Emporio Armani Underwear (he previously had us panting with the spring 2010 campaign):
He's also starring in the Armani Jeans campaign--which thankfully doesn't require a shirt, either:
Isn't soccer amazing?!

I love wearing pieces together that are in shades you wouldn't normally thing "go", like a marigold dress with my fuchsia wedges. If you like the idea of clashing colors but aren't sure you can pull it off, here's an easy way to try it out:Read More »from An Easy Way To Play Around With Color, Courtesy Of AnnaLynne McCord
Wear a matching bright polish and necklace with a contrasting-colored dress, like McCord did to a charity even last week. Her necklace adds such a subtle pop of clash-y color to her leopard-print Diane Von Furstenberg dress that that it would have been great on it's own. But going with bright yellow polish, too, really pulled it all together.

A recent report from BBC News says that expectant mothers need much more support than they're getting from footwear like ballet flats, flip flops, and high heels. The Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists polled 1,000 pregnant women and found that many regularly wore all three non-supportive styles, despite complaints of swollen ankles (37%), swollen feet (45%) and arch and heel pain (16%) while pregnant. "The society is urging women to wear supportive, wide fitting shoes to minimize discomfort and avoid long-term damage," the BBC report says.
Podiatrist Lorraine Jones tells women, "High heels alter your posture, shorten your calf muscles and place increased pressure on your back and knees. In pregnancy this places extra

Whether or not former Givenchy creative director Julien MacDonald, a judge on the new season of Britain's Next Top Model, is just trying to drum up some publicity for the upcoming season is irrelevant--he issued some fighting words this weekend when he told a Welsh newspaper that a plus sized winner would be "a joke."Read More »from Oh No He Didn't: Designer Julien MacDonald Calls Plus Size Models "A Joke"
In an interview with Wales on Sunday, the designer said, "There were no plus size models. This is a serious show. You can't have a plus size girl winning - it makes it a joke." He went on to say, "It's not fair on them - you're setting them up for a fall - I know what would happen to them afterwards. They are looked down on, they're frowned upon. A catwalk model is a size six to eight [equivalent to a US 2 to 4]."
Well, Mr. MacDonald, tell that to Crystal Renn, the plus-size model who has not only been snapped by the iconic fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier wearing sexy swimsuits in the pages of our own magazine, but also hit the catwalk last month for a little
