Eating in a bikini doesn't have to give you nightmares any more. Here, summer snacks that will leave you satisfied without packing on pounds. Plus, some surprisingly easy tips on how to shed those pounds for summer!

#1. Carrots
"Carrot sticks are the best snacks to munch on during the summer because the orange pigment beta-carotene gives skin an extra glow while protecting cells from free radical damage," says Dr. Aaron Tabor, M.D. and creator of Dr. Tabor's Slim & Beautiful Diet. "Carrots protect your skin from sun damage (though you still need to wear SPF) while giving you a boost of energy."

If you have a hankering for something sweet, pick a juicy fruit like watermelon, over a heavy dairy product. "The lycopene in watermelon will boost your skin with a subtle pink glow and protect its moisture level," says Tabor.

While you've been spending your summer safely soaking up the sun's rays, your hair and skin have taken a beating. Here's how to work rehab on your worst post-summer beauty problems, from lackluster locks to sun-damaged skin.

#1. Get Poolside Protection
You might love swimming laps, but you hate what it's doing to your hair-constant chlorine exposure dulls color and texture. Use a clarifying shampoo after each dip in the water to remove green, brassy tones immediately.

#2. Keep Color From Fading
"The best way to richen up sun-bleached strands is a gloss treatment," says Friedman. "I recommend a demi-permanent color that deposits tone and shine while closing the cuticle, making the hair look and feel healthier. Plus, it will neutralize brassy tones. Another option is a color-depositing product, which tends to work best on prelightened hair. Real Beauty: When we think of modern blonde bombshells, you top the list! Have you always been the same shade or has it gotten darker or lighter?

Stacy Keibler: I've always been blonde, but in the fall I'll do more lowlights and let the color grow out a little bit. That's why I really love working with John Frieda's Controlled Lightning Spray-it really does help get extra color. I definitely like to be a little brighter in the summer months.

To put it simply, sunburns suck. Luckily, there are some products lurking in your kitchen that can help you take the sting out of scorched skin.

#1. Tomatoes
If you're prone to sunburns, always keep a couple of tomatoes in your freezer for an extra chill factor (the anti-oxidants in them help fight topical inflammation, too). Anytime you need instant redness reduction, simply puree one of the chilled veggies and apply the paste to warm skin.

#2. Baking Soda
The all-purpose household product strikes again! For large burns on your back or legs, pour a half cup of baking soda in the tub and soak for at least ten minutes. If the burn is limited to a small area (like your shoulders or arms), mix baking soda and icy water and apply to skin with a wash cloth. The alkaline powder also has antifungal properties to ward off infections.
