With Spring Break around the corner, and a whole slew of emerging trends that are inspired by the beach bunnies (Snooki brought back the bouffant!), we reached out to our Shore-crush, Ms. Jenni Farley (aka JWoww), to get the scoop on how she scores her signature look. Preparing for Fashion Week and going through the actual events can be draining, so Rachel Roy gives us a few tips. Here are the things she always need to survive it!

1. I always travel with band-aids (for blisters), Bobbi Brown concealer, and someone to keep me on schedule.


2. I try to eat decent meals (Sour Patch kids are not a food group), and I wish there were about 30 hours in a day.

3. Music puts me in the right frame of mind for whatever I'm doing. When I'm working late nights and need inspiration, I listen to Gary Clark Junior, Jay-Z and musical compositions from John Williams.



4. Since I am usually on a sugar and caffeine rush for the two weeks leading up to Fashion Week, I know I need to drink lots and lots of water. I always have to remind myself to stay hydrated. My new trick is to keep a glass decanter filled with fresh, cold water and lemons.

5. I try to practice yoga two to three times a
