Also known as "beauty balm" or "blemish balm," chances are you've spotted this "must have" everywhere from magazines to beauty aisles. Maybe you've even seen one in your best friend's makeup bag!

A beauty balm is a moisturizer, primer, anti-aging cream, SPF, and sheer foundation all in one. (Almost sounds too good to be true, right?) Some of the latest formulas have ingredients that promise to improve skin texture and tone, too.

Educational Gadgets I think we all can agree: 'flinging birds' and slicing fruit are NOT educational afternoon activities. (Not that we haven't all gotten sucked into the vortex of Angry Birds at least once-okay maybe twice.)

There are bazillions of apps and games made for smart phones and tablets that 'claim' to be educational, but fall flat on their ABC-knees after downloaded, played and quickly discarded.

Or worse, they turn out to be nothing more than frou-frou & full of fluff, with zero educational oomph.

When looking for truly educational apps I first checked out the hundreds of newest educational games and applications on Famigo.com. And then I asked my friends online to suggest their favorite educational apps for elementary age and older kids. (Facebook never lets me down).

Peanut Butter Birdie Nests Are you hosting the Easter Party this year? When it comes to feeding a crowd, it's usually best to use what's in season. What's everywhere right now? Peeps! Those popular pastel-hued marshamallow treats. They come in all sorts of colors and shapes including bunnies and chicks.

Although they're tasty on their own, here are a couple easy ways to dress them up and your include them in your Easter parties.

Peanut Butter Birdie Nests

Ingredients: 1 twelve oz package of dry chow mein noodles, 2 ten oz package of peanut butter chips and Peeps marshmallow chicks. (This recipe makes approximately 16 nests, so you'll need 16 Peeps). Also, grab the cooking spray and a muffin tin and/or cupcake cups.

Splashes of color are key!When it comes to neutrals, there's a fine line between drab and fab. Traditional neutrals (think black, cream, white, and gray) are the anchors to any outfit, but wearing them head to toe can end up dragging your style down.

The good news? All it takes to kick those neutrals up a notch are some splashes of color and texture. Jenny Feldman, Senior Fashion Editor of MyHabit.com, shows Galtime how to pump up the volume!

Washed Out: When it comes to nudes, creams and whites, it's easy to end up looking washed out. To avoid this, keep your complexion in mind...make sure you clothes don't match your skin tone.

Instead, Feldman suggests wearing threads that are 2 to 3 shades lighter (or darker) than your complexion for contrast. Another option is to wear flattering colors near your face and lighter neutrals on your lower half.
