    • Do You Kiss Enough?

By GalTime Relationship Doc Jane Greer, Ph.D.

Because your kiss, your kiss is on my list! Or, is it?! That's the question you want to be asking yourself and your partner. Are you kissing enough?

You want him to be taking your energy, your charm, your love with him for the rest of the day. And, you want his to stay with you.

You want to make it a point to kiss each other as often as you can, whenever you can.

      The hello/goodbye kiss
These are critical because the kiss is the link to connection. Having that in place is a way to say, 'I love you, I'm glad you're back', as well as, 'I love you. Take me with you the rest of the day'.

Remember how fun kissing was at the beginning?
In addition, remember how hot it was, how much of a turn on it was, to just be kissing when you were younger? Somehow, that gets lost over the course of time. Sometimes, the kiss gets 'edited out' so make it your business to to 'edit it back in.' Do that by

    • Salmon and Your Love Life!

By Master of Gastronomy Amy Reiley for GalTime.com

Salmon and Your Love LifeSalmon and Your Love LifeLast week I was lucky enough to taste a piece of first-of-the-season Alaskan King Salmon. It was slow cooked over an Alder wood fire to give it a subtly sweet, smoky flavor. It got me thinking about the pink-fleshed fish and how it tends to be undervalued in the aphrodisiac world.

As you know, I'm a proponent of all lean sources of protein for their aphrodisiac gift of sustained energy. But salmon is a bit special. As with all seafoods, it's considered a plaything of Aphrodite. But beyond the Greek Goddess of Love's fondness for all finned creatures, salmon is special for both its blushing beautiful color and its libido-boosting nutritional content.

Vitamin-rich salmon is loaded with A, D, B and calcium, all of which are noted for their roles in maintaining a healthy libido. More importantly, the fish is loaded with Omega 3's, which is proven to elevate serotonin levels and enhance mood. (What's more important to getting

    • Teaching Our Teens to like Nice Guys

By GalTime Teen Parenting Expert, Barbara Greenberg, PhD

How do we teach our teens the virtues of the How do we teach our teens the virtues of the Yep, it's happened. I'm officially frustrated with the persistent allure of the "bad boy" in our culture. I have seen too much pain as a result of our teen daughters being attracted to "bad boys" and our teen sons feeling that the "bad boys" get the girls. And, yes it is hard to disagree with our sons about this.

I mean for goodness sake I am a grown woman and am still no stranger to these feelings. I'll pass a lean, muscular, and tattooed guy on the street with a devil-may-care look on his face and he is more likely to catch my eye than the well-dressed guy in the suit rushing to work in front of him.

Please don't tell this to my daughter. I think that I finally have her convinced of the virtues of the "nice guy."

We all know that attractiveness is both hard to define and unique. On the other hand, if you get a group of females together it's the bad boys that they'll talk about. And, we don't do our talking in a

      By Tara Weng, GalTime.com

Taking aspirinTaking aspirinAspirin, a widely used weapon against heart attacks, might also play a role in cancer prevention, according to three new British studies.

"We have now found that after taking aspirin for three or four years there starts to be a reduction in the number of people with the spread of cancers, so it seems as well as preventing the long-term development of cancers, there is good evidence now that it is preventing the spread of cancers," says lead researcher Dr. Peter M. Rothwell, a professor of neurology at the University of Oxford and John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

"Because aspirin prevents the spread of cancers, it could potentially be used as a treatment," he added.

Other studies have shown that a daily dose of aspirin taken over 10 years appeared to prevent some cancers, but the short-term benefits and the benefits for women weren't clear.

      By Jennifer Lubell, GalTime.com

Not your average goody bag!Not your average goody bag!Ah, the dreaded goody bag. It's what kids anticipate the most (aside from the cake) when they go to birthday parties.

The teeny little toys, the scary bright pink or green candy that inevitably gets stuck in your child's teeth. And let's not forget the troublesome party balloon that has a nasty tendency to pop or float away before getting to the car, leading to a sugar-induced tantrum on the way home.

"So often the goodies that are tucked inside favor boxes end up broken or in the trash within hours of the party," observes Jennifer Tetreault, party stylist and founder of Passion-for-Parties.com.

Take Stock of Your Blessings Take Stock of Your Blessings

It is so easy to get caught up in your life and forget the amazing blessings you have. It all comes down to perspective and complacency.

When something is new in your life, you are excited, your senses are heightened, your awareness is at a peak. Remember the feeling the first time you had your own car? Just to get into the driver's seat was a thrill. Soon, the car became a 'vehicle' in the truest sense of the word, a means to get you where you needed to go, but the excitement you felt at first gradually lessened as your perspective shifted.

The same holds true with life - because you are familiar with what is around you, your perspective shifts as well. You no longer fully appreciate the health that you have, the people in your life, the work that you do, the home that you live in, and yes, the car that you drive.

You have become complacent about your life.

It is only when there is a threat to

    • 5 Reasons Why Your Man Isn't "In the Mood"

By Romance Recovery's Johanna Lyman for GalTime.com

What's really going on with your man? What's really going on with your man? You make "the moves" on your man... and he's not interested. It can devastate your ego-- leaving you feeling embarrassed and rejected. I mean, a man ALWAYS wants sex, right? Wrong.

I recently interviewed Maria Merloni, L.I.C.S.W., therapist, coach, and writer specializing in sacred sexuality, about why men might not be "in the mood."

Women often get a bad reputation for withholding sex and not being in the mood, but it does happen to men as well... maybe more often than you think.

5 Reasons Why Your Man Isn't "In the Mood"

      1. He's just plain exhausted, stressed, or preoccupied. Surely you can relate to being too tired, and maybe even too stressed, to have sex. However, I think that sex is the best stress reliever on the planet. Studies have shown that orgasms lower a person's overall stress levels. When it comes to being preoccupied, you might be able to put your preoccupation aside, but men don't have that
