    • Ashton Kutcher and 7 other amazing celebrity Jack-o'-lanterns

I'm not one to brag, but growing up, I helped carve a mean pumpkin every year with my dad once Halloween rolled around. From the classic jack-o'-lantern face to the more advanced skull design (right), he would work his magic while I watched and did my best to stay away from sharp objects.

But our cute little pumpkins were NOTHING compared to these fab celebrity-inspired creations from Alex Wer, aka The Pumpkin Geek. Two years ago, the father of two turned his carving hobby into a business. The best part? He uses fake pumpkins so they last forever, and he ships them worldwide! Bye bye, amateur jack-o'-lantern of yesteryear. Hellloooooo envy of the neighborhood!

From Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher to Robert Pattinson and the late Steve Jobs, here are 8 incredible celebrity pumpkins you have to see to believe:

    • New 'Diet' Dr. Pepper doesn't want women drinking it

All right Dr. Pepper. I get it. You're tired of being known as a diet drink for girls. You want to get that Pepper feeling going in both genders, thus selling more of your soda pop. Plus, you're from Texas where men and manly men aren't going to give up sugar just because you said so. So I get your new ad campaign that specifically excludes women in trying to lure men over to your new diet soda, Dr. Pepper Ten.

In fact, even if you want to 'Like' Dr. Pepper Ten on Facebook, you're not allowed to unless you've got man parts. They don't want your lady likes, and you can't come to their FB party. Even if you pledge to buy a case of Dr. Pepper Ten every week!

Which is why I had to work around their anti-woman plot and employ my husband as a Dr. Pepper spy. Here's what I found out about men and their sodas.

      • Men like drinks that have the number '10' in them. This is why only women enjoy Diet Dr.

    • Pumpkin ales & the sweetest way to drink them

I'm one of those people who refuses to believe that it's autumn until temps are officially in the 50s every day and leaves on the trees are all different hues of gold and red. Even then, I'll still wear my flip-flops if I'm not going very far. But about a week ago, I did break down and admit I was craving some pumpkin spice goodness from Starbucks. Funny enough, it seemed like overnight, everyone on my Facebook feed had the same inkling. There were statuses about busting out the pumpkin-scented candles, baking up pumpkin bread, or just plain carving pumpkins! Guess I'll admit it ... we're in the thick of pumpkin season! Hence why pumpkin beer is a total must-have right now.

Every year, it seems like more and more breweries are jumping on the pumpkin ale bandwagon. At Whole Foods alone, you can count at least five brands piled high on fancy displays. Here, a few of the best, and then a secret my pastry chef

    • How to get your guy to notice you during football season

footballfootballFall means millions of Americans spend Mondays at home watching big boys tackle each other in the hopes of scoring a touchdown. That sounds sexual, no? Why not make it more fun than just sitting in front of the TV?

After all, if you or your man is going to spend a lot of time making a big deal about a ball (good time to remind you, don't forget the balls), might as well find a way to score your own touchdown during, or after, each game. And because I love games, and competitive sportsmanship can be sexy, here are a few ideas to score in your sex life during football season.

Here are some rules I made up. The only one that you have to stick to is you both have to choose a different team -- even if you're rooting for the same team in real life. Then, try any or all of these fun ideas:

      1. Every time your team scores a touchdown, you get 15 minutes of being "touched down" in any way you want. That could be massage,

    • Strong marriages can & should survive sexual betrayal

For many, an affair is a deal-breaker. It's the end of the relationship, a sign that the spouses need to move on, and a black and white issue with little recourse. But in longer marriages, especially when kids are involved, infidelity doesn't have to end the marriage. Some marriages can recover.

A website called Affair Recovery offers couples the chance to test what kind of affair they had using the "affair analyzer" software and then decide whether the marriage can be saved.

The fact is, there ARE all different kinds of affairs.

More from The Stir: Strip Clubs + Cheating = A Natural Combination

A woman (or man) who is serially unfaithful or falls in love with the other person may not be able to move on in his or her marriage. It may have been a way to get out of the marriage in the first place.

But affairs aren't always that. Sometimes they happen because the people are neglecting one another or too busy or fighting a lot. Sometimes they happen because one

    • Shoe solutions for style mavens

If you're like me, you love wearing flats on days when you need to do lots of walking. (For most of us, that's most days, right?)

My go-to flats right now are an amazing pair of pony hair leopard print shoes, which I scored last year for just $40 from Charlotte Russe. They're so cute that I want them to last a long time, so I hated getting that sweaty-foot feeling when I started wearing them without socks.

That's when I remembered that I had a pair of Silver Linings just for this situation. Want to find out how it saved my shoes, and see other ingenious solutions for more of your shoe-wearing problems?

      Read on!

More from The Stir: The Most Popular Halloween Costume This Year Is What?!

Silver Linings are shoe liners that use a silver-based technology to keep bacteria from growing, which keeps your feet from smelling. The site goes into a bunch of scientific detail on how the technology works; all I know is that I slippled the liners into my shoes and that

    • Women eating popsicles aren't committing a sex crime (VIDEO)

There's a video running around the Internets that may (or may not) have the people of Finland freaking the heck out about their future ability to eat phallus-shaped foods. Not one to make light of sexual harassment on this, the 20th anniversary of the beginning of Anita Hill's testimony against Clarence Thomas (which also included food -- Coke can, anyone?), I simply don't believe there is an "Association of Finnish Lawyers" that's going around threatening women who dare to lick Popsicles in public.

More from The Stir: 7 Foods That Are Better Than Sex

But that's what The Daily Mail (among others) are saying about this video that shows a woman eating a Popsicle in a provocative manner as the men of her office stare on, slack-jawed. It's not just a mid-afternoon thrill, on the part of the men in the office, it's ... sexual harassment! Or is it?

Some things about this video, and the proliferation of it around the world wide web, are suspicious. One, it's in English. If

    • Pippa Middleton shows us how to break fall fashion rules

It's mid-October, so technically that means it's fall, but, I don't know, the 80-degree weather we've been experiencing in New York is kind of making it hard to believe. Sooner or later, though, it's going to get cool out. (Right?) And when it does, we want to be ready. Wardrobe-wise.

We've already got our basics covered. Boots, jeans, comfy sweaters ad nauseum. And we already know what's in store for fall trends. But this picture of Pippa Middleton looking adorable in a brown dress and a black jacket got us thinking: What fashion rules are okay to break this fall?

More from The Stir: The Most Popular Halloween Costume This Year Is What?!

Navy Blue and Black. Okay, so clearly, brown and black can work, if done properly. Why not navy and black? It's probably not the first color-combo that comes to mind when getting dressed, but throw it into your repertoire -- because it looks good on everyone. If you're scared to go full-blown black pants/blue shirt, try pairing a navy

    • 5 ways life stinks after a breakup

      jennifer aniston justin theroux
It would suck to be this guy's ex.
Once in a while, when I've thought about everything there is to think about, I think of Justin Theroux's ex-girlfriend, the very pretty Heidi Bivens, and I feel bad for her. 'Cause, man, it's gotta suck to be her. Imagine watching your once live-in boyfriend of 14 years gallivanting around New York City like it's his personal playground with the very pretty, very rich Jennifer Anison. Ouch.

Well, unsurprisingly, it turns out she doesn't like it. Not one bit. In fact, she wants Justin, Jennifer, and their all black-clad love-fest to get the hell out of town. Her town. Heidi's friend recently told Us Weekly: "[Heidi] doesn't want to know anything about him and Jen, though she'd like a heads-up on any marriage or baby news. She wishes they'd leave NYC already. It's hard to move on, knowing they're in the same city."

    • The most popular Halloween costume this year is what?!

T-minus 20 days until Halloween. Do you have your costume yet? You don't? Well, let me tell you, a lot of other people do. Come on, you know the drill. The second the clock strikes midnight on October 1, throngs of people young and old rush out to their nearest costume supplier to snatch up the most original (most slutty) Hallow's Eve garb they can find. Well, it doesn't go down exactly like that, but close.

More from The Stir: Snooki: The Next Martha Stewart

Anyway, since so many people have already bought their boo-tiful costumes-in-a-bag, the National Retail Federation, who apparently works really hard around this time of year, took it upon themselves to discover what this year's most popular costume is ...

      And you won't believe it.

So far -- and let's really stress the "so far" because lots of people (me) haven't gotten their costumes yet -- the most popular adult costume of the season is ... a witch! Pirate, vampire, zombie, and Batman followed behind. Also,
