If you're just catching up with the controversy, here's a brief recap: Tosh, of Comedy Central's Tosh O., was called out by a female audience member at a live show for making a lame joke about rape. In response to his female heckler he stopped his performance to say, " "Wouldn't it be funny if that girl got raped by like, 5 guys right now? Like right now? What if a bunch of guys just raped her…"

The woman, who recounted the unnerving experience on her blog, immediately left the show frightened. Tosh, whose fan-base is largely teenage boys, later apologized, kind of. Alice Van Ness/ABC NewsEver had your phone ring in a yoga class? It's like you just entered the prom naked. In a world wired for constant communication, yoga class is one of the last places where pings, rings, and vibrations are grounds for reproach.

"It's about respect for instructor, and those in class," yoga teacher Alice Van Ness explained to ABC News.

Up until a few weeks ago, Van Ness taught yoga to Facebook employees at the company's Bay Area campus. But an etiquette conflict between the ancient practice and the modern world changed all that, she said.

Will and Kate's private honeymoon pictures published in Australian tabloid Woman's Day cause a stir. Fourteen months after Prince William and Kate Middleton's honeymoon, photos of their romantic vacation have been made public. But not everyone is enjoying the memories, least of all the royal couple.

Private moments from the couple's jaunt in Seychelles' luxurious North Island last May are splashed throughout the pages of Woman's Day, an Australian tabloid, and spreading like wildfire on the internet.

For the palace, it's a symbol of broken trust, and a media betrayal that resonates in the royal family's tragic history.

But for one anonymous photographer staked out during their May escape, it could have meant a major payday.

"Any shot of them on their honeymoon was going to go for at least half a million but because Kate is in a bikini I would estimate that this is a million dollar shot," celebrity business journalist Jo Piazza, tells Yahoo! Shine.

Welcome to the most controversial post ever written (in the past hour). In honor of international record store day on Saturday, I have collected the sexiest album covers on the planet. Since my taste is based on childhood ostracism and one too many cats, you may be keen to disagree. Feel free to dispute and share your own favorites. Today is National No Bra Day. I found this out, as many have, thanks to my Facebook newsfeed. "Do I dare?" asked my friend who forwarded the announcement to let it all hang out.

I didn't realize that in 2012 going bra-free required was such a big deal but maybe I underestimated the symbolism of the bra these days.

For the second year in a row, a Facebook group has deemed July 9th a good time to "free your breasts." Launched by an anonymous internet user self-titled "Anastasia Doughnuts," the cause has women of all bra sizes a bit befuddled. Is it an homage to bra-burners of the '60s? A grassroots breast cancer awareness program?

"The thinking behind this event was to spread breast cancer awareness and make sure everyone involved enjoys themselves," Anastasia told Yahoo! Shine in an email.

The technology of dating may have advanced in recent years, but the advice still sounds like tips gleaned from a Jennifer Lopez movie. Maybe it's the mixed messages or the complete homogenization of the soul mate tracking process but it's time dating advisers got some advice of their own. Like come up with some new advice that doesn't assume Richard Gere is just waiting for you to stop working so hard at your career so he can love you with the strong arms of a professional dancer.
