Dating Deal Breakers: When You Know It's Time to Get Out
Guys, we've heard it time and time again and we get it --- you hate the trends that girls fall for. You can't stand our oversized sunglasses, you despise that we wear spandex as pants, and you detest how we insist on adding a belt to everything. Well, since we're all being honest, we're finally ready to issue a rebuttal, because guess what -- we're not exactly in love with the stuff you wear, either.
You laugh at us for spending hours combing the racks for the trendiest pieces (which you later tell us look like costumes), but we too joke endlessly with our girlfriends about the silly things you put on. From your cargo shorts and bad leather shoes, it's time for a wardrobe overhaul, gentlemen.

The Best Winter Soup Recipes for Every Craving
It's become generally accepted wisdom to drink eight glasses of water a day. The universal advice has practically made guzzling water a national pastime. But let's face it, drinking that much water everyday isn't that easy for some of us. The 8x8 rule can be a good rule of thumb when it comes to staying hydrated, but that's not the only piece of advice that can help. Here are some helpful (and more enjoyable) ways to make sure that you're drinking up every single day:
1. Get a fluid companion. Carry a reusable water bottle with you everywhere you go and refill it throughout the day. Keeping a water companion with you will serve as a constant reminder to drink up. We especially love Klean Kanteen's stainless steel water bottles, $15.95, at rei.com.
2. Get a water purification system. Believe it or not, purified water tastes better and will make getting your daily dose more appetizing. Keep a purified pitcher filled up in your fridge so

Are You a Red Lipstick Lover? We Put 9 Tubes to the Test!
Sometimes it seems that each day comes with a new set of anxieties -- whether it be a bad start to your work day, a pending deadline, or even just stress built up from your relationship. Whether big or small, not every anxious feeling needs a Xanax to be resolved. Here are some suggestions on how to remedy those small nagging feelings that when left unattended, can eat away at your mental health.
1. Write in a Journal
A book filled with blank pages is your best (and most cost-efficient) therapist. Never worry or fear judgment from this blank book as it lets you pour out all of your emotions without time constraints or an hourly fee.
2. Meditate
Yoga, meditation, and other tranquil activities allow you to calmly sort out your thoughts and relieve any feelings of anxiousness. If you need to release an excess amount of stress as well, try a session of bikram yoga (also known as hot yoga) that will have you sweating out all of

As we all know, in the world of fashion, one day you're in and the next day you're out. Styles come and go. We have all experienced the "what was I thinking?" moments, when our once "super chic" outfits and styles become outdated and turn into nothing more than a serious fashion emergency. The same is true for hair. We've all fallen victim to a wrong hairstyle at some point in our lives. Let's take a look at some of the most questionable looks over the past 100 years. (I bet you've tried one or two of these 'dos before...)
1920s: "The Shingle" haircut (above)
The "shingle" haircut, or as we know it today -- the classic bob. As skirt hemlines got shorter, so did ladies' haircuts. In the 1920s, a really short bob (especially at the back of the neck) with straight across-bangs that covered the ears was the "fashion-in" for ladies' hairstyles. In 2009, Katie Holmes and Victoria Beckham brought the bob back with a modern twist and many of us caughtThe Best Ways to Break It Off With Your Beau

Top 10 Songs to Dance Alone to in Your Room
Let's face it, breaking up isn't easy, but sometimes it's necessary. So when the time is right, we're calling all ladies to channel their inner strength and, as the saying goes, be cruel to be kind. It's cut throat time -- no ifs, ands or buts about it. But the question remains--how do you say goodbye for good?
If you've recently reached the conclusion that it's over, then there's no reason to feel bad about cutting the strings. After all, the longer you wait the harder it will be. Need help? Here are ten ways to break it off:
1. Short & Sweet
It's a little insensitive and we don't recommend it unless it's been a very short term relationship. This method is somewhat of a kiss-off. It's when you meet your guy in the early evening, ready to go to dinner with your girls. They're waiting in the cab and you're planting a kiss on his cheek while saying, "It was fun, but things just aren't meant to be." You blow him a kiss, say "see you around,"
