Well, at least according to Real Housewives of Orange County's Gretchen Rossi that is. On Sunday night's episode, Gretchen - who has been dating Slade Smiley for over a year now - proudly announced, "I don't want to get married. I want a lease." And yes, her anti-marriage rant was put on right in front of Slade. After the show, she took to her Bravo TV blog to add some more insightful tidbits on leasing men: "I know this whole lease program idea seems funny to most, but if you really think about it, it could possibly work... I think sometimes people do get complacent in marriages and the divorce rate is so high now, so why not try to implement a new program into society?"

This week saw the season and series finales of ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars and HBO's Big Love, respectively. There's not a small amount of moral ambiguity on either show, but there is one glaring story line that has been handled curiously on these and other dramas, including the now defunct Life Unexpected on the CW: the phenomenon of sexual relationships between underage girls and their high school teachers.

Big Love is hardly a family show, unless you happen to be a polygamist family in search of something familiar, but the story line with Cara Lynn and her math teacher and tutor, Mr. Ivy was disturbing in its veritas. The plot line was very much like your average courtship: girl meets boy, girl flirts with boy, girl meets boy's parents, girl loses her virginity to boy. Jason Wu knows a thing or two about designing a high-profile dress for a national public figure. The Taiwanese American designer shot to fame-both in and out of the fashion circles-after he created Michelle Obama's gown for the Inaugural Ball, and he has a couple of caveats to share with whoever is chosen to make Kate Middleton's wedding dress, since he or she will certainly face the same fate.

Women everywhere, especially those with frequent pangs of nostalgia for the '90s, squealed when news broke that tween blogging phenomenon Tavi Gevinson and the legendary editor Jane Pratt-of Sassy and Jane fame-would be teaming up to launch a website and magazine. Until now, the duo has been hesitant to share any details about the project-aside from the fact that their target audience will be teenage women-but they opened up to WWD today about their upcoming plans.

The first release, which Pratt and her staff will work on without Tavi, is JanePratt.com. Aimed at women in their 30's and 40's-namely those who grew up loving Sassy and Jane-the spunky site will focus on "voice-y, original writing," and cover topics like health, beauty, fashion and fitness.
