We've told you about beauty offenses at the office before-remember the woman whose perfume got her office evacuated? But fashion offenses are often a bigger concern. The Village Voice reported that a former Citibank employee is suing the company for unfair dismissal. Debrahlee Lorenzana claims that she was let go because she was too good-looking.
The Voice reported that Lorenzana discussed such things as a recommended dress code-her managers told her she would not be allowed to wear turtlenecks, pencil skirts, fitted suits, and three-inch heels-with Citigroup HR before she left. We've got admit, no turtlenecks? We've never heard that one before.
