So we've already admitted to having a thing for lip balms, but we were really intrigued when we got a tube of Vanity Mark Dr. Kiss. Besides being moisturizing and yummy-a subtle vanilla-it contains four percent of the same ingredient that was in the mood lipsticks of the '80s.
Dr. Kiss is right up there with these 5 prettiest lip balms.
Sadly, that doesn't mean it has miracle technology that turns it bright pink when you're happy and fire engine red when you're mad. What it does mean: it goes on as a weird transparent blue, there's some tingling, and next thing you know, your lips have a touch of subtle, pretty pink.
