I'll admit the one and ONLY Celebrity Apprentice I really followed (or cared about for that matter) was the very first season, at the culmination of which Bill Rancic was named "Celebrity Apprentice of the Year." Whoa, I haven't seen that name pop up on my phone in a long time. In fact, it took me a minute to remember who it was that was texting me around 9 p.m. on a Saturday night, "Hey, I hope New York is treating you better than I did."

Then it hit me: he was a guy I dated briefly when I was looking for a new apartment last summer. He shared his love of travel and photography with me, took me to fancy dinners, and would spontaneously (and somewhat inappropriately) grab me to kiss me passionately in the middle of a crowded sidewalk.

The world just got over congratulating the royal newlyweds Prince William and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, for their fairytale wedding. But soon we may have a new obsession reason to celebrate ... an addition to the royal family.

According to People.com, while touring Quebec City, Kate paid special attention to all the children present. The Duchess was presented a bouquet of flowers by 2-year-old Raffaela, who was accompanied by her father, David Cheater. Cheater left his preggers wife at home to attend a ceremony honoring Canada's Royal 22nd Regiment (and, no doubt get a glimpse of Kate's famous allure).

According to Cheater, "Kate said to me, 'What a beautiful daughter you have.' " The Duchess then laid her hand on the Raffael's head.

Looks like the guest teacher on FOX's Glee, Gwyneth Paltrow, is taking a few hints from the new movie Bad Teacher and channeling her inner naughtiness. Gwyneth poses mostly nude for the calendar supplement in Vanity Fair's Emma Stone / August issue, which hit newsstands today.
