Lena Dunham, the mastermind behind HBO's 'Girls.' chopped off all her hair - click through to see! Would you do the same?
      -Lucia Peters, BettyConfidential.com

Are you fans of Girls, Bettys? Well, if you are, good news-the second season of the hit HBO series just finished shooting. And guess what creator, writer, and star Lena Dunham did to celebrate? That's right: She chopped off all of her hair. Because why the heck not? Get a load of her new 'do, courtesy of her Instagram account:

Is she pulling a Miley? Not quite, though she DID crack a joke about it on Twitter the day she took the scissors to her head. Anyway, as you can see in the top image, Lena's hair wasn't that long in the first place; her new look is still a pretty significant change, though. So what do you think? Would you chop off your long, flowing locks in favor of a short, hip 'do like this?

Designer Tadashi Shoji's party frocks for spring 2013 are a delight for the eyes.
      -PJ Gach, BettyConfidential.com

Last awards season, actress Octavia Spencer wore Tadashi Shoji to almost every single award show. Tadashi's designs make every woman look like a sexy glamourpuss.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of watching his spring 2013 fashion show. I sat next to a Fashion Week buddy, Lamont Jones, Jr-he's a journalist from Pittsburgh, and we've sat at many fashion shows together over the years. Unfortunately, I was overcome with emotion when some of the dresses floated down the runway. When I'd see a dress that made my heart go faster, I'd smack Lamont on the arm. He, in turn, would whip his head back and forth and say, "What is going on?!" Sadly, I think he's not going to want to sit next to me after yesterday's event.

The dresses - party frocks and gowns - were all spectacular. Tadashi Shoji took us on a romantic trip that started in Venice (Venetian cutwork and

'Project Runway's' finalists got to strut their stuff on the runway at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Their styles almost eclipsed Heidi Klum and Jennifer Hudson's glamour. Almost!
      -Shante D. Booker, BettyConfidential.com

All right, ladies, it's Fashion Week, so you know what that means. That's right: The Project Runway season finale! Yesterday morning the contestants and judges, including guest judgeJennifer Hudson, were all in attendance to film the season's last hoorah. If you're anything like us, you can't believe that the show is in 10 seasons deep. It seems like it was just yesterday when we fell in love with Tim Gunn's famous "Make it work!" line and were jumping up and down for the show's very first winner, Jay Mccarroll.

In typical Project Runway fashion, each designer introduced his or her collection and let the models take it away (while possibly saying a secret prayer for the best as they exited the stage). Each collection brought out a different emotion,

    • MBFW: ACK! a Model Almost Went Down in a Gorgeous Gown at Noon by Noor!

Aside from the stumble, the spring/summer 2013 collection was glam and well-crafted.
      -Shante D. Booker, BettyConfidential.com

Yesterday afternoon while you were getting the most out of your lunch break, Noon By Noorwas blowing our minds with a gorgeous Spring/Summer 2013 Collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week's Lincoln Center site. Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Haya Mohammed Al Khalifa, the Bahrani designers behind the label, wowed the crowd with vivacious oranges, muted peaches, a sprinkle of lime and a seemingly endless array of looks. The collection consisted of perfectly crafted structured suits (both pants and shorts), fab separates like yummy moto jackets, skirts and tops, and for your evening pleasure, extremely long and flowy dresses -- so long that the model below almost took a tumble!

It looks like Angelina Jolie and her perfect legs better watch out because if Noon by Noor had their way, all of our thighs will be trending in their gowns! We noticed a few

    • MBFW: DKNY's Spring 2013 Collection is Hot Women in the City!

DKNY once again delivers modern, tailored clothing for women on the go.
      -Faye Brennan, BettyConfidential.com

If there's one woman who has a true, passionate love for New York City, it's Donna Karen. The well-known designer's Spring 2013 DKNY collection was an ode to the city that never sleeps, held in the posh Cedar Lake warehouse in Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.

Nina Garcia, new editor-in-chief of Cosmo Joanna Coles, and Twilight's Ashley Greene (the fresh face of the brand) were all there to watch Karen's crisp white blazers, denim button-down shirts, and swimsuits and sporty dresses in one of Manhattan's most iconic colors-taxi cab yellow-cruise around the rectangular runway.

"DKNY reflects all the personalities of New York," states the brand's one-sheet about the spring collection. "Colors are all New York-black, white, neutrals, flashes of taxi. Everything is a uniform to make her own."

Next spring, if Donna Karen has her way, expect that uniform to include

    • MBFW: Herve Leger by Max Azria Spring '13 = the Perfect Mix of Femininity + Edge

Inspired by quilt makers of Gee's Bend, Alabama, Herve Leger by Max Azria turns lace into an urban chic must-have.
      -Flora Leis, BettyConfidential.com

Once again Herve Leger by Max Azria celebrates the natural form of the modern woman with his stunning Spring 2013 collection. In a refreshing and surprising movement from his classic banding silhouette, Spring 2013 mixes gorgeous neutrals with color blocking, belts and harnesses that create the perfect blend of femininity, edge and sophistication.

Taking inspiration from the South, specifically the talented women of Gee's Bend, Alabama and their impressive quilt making, the collection is a nod to female empowerment. While dresses were true to the classic Herve silhouette with cinched form fitting waistlines, hems were both pleated and straight, right above the knee or below the knee.

Twenty two models with dewy neutral makeup looks and braided or pin straight architectural-styled hair walked the runway looking absolutely

    • MBFW: Costello Tagliapietra's Sexy Spring Collection Doesn't Show Skin!

Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra's spring 2013 colorful spring collection is chock full of eco-friendly wares that subtly show off your figure.
      -Shante D. Booker, BettyConfidential.com

Who's ready for some Costello Tagliapietra? The bearded duo has taken New York's Fashion Week by storm and delivered a solid Spring 2012 collection consisting of vibrant blues and corals as well as a splash of green (quite reminiscent of a garden). The eco-friendly dresses were draped on the models' slim bodies and came to life as they strutted their stuff.

While each look took on a different persona-from a long, drapey blue dress with a plunging neckline to a more fitted patterned dress-one thing that is for certain: Showing less skin is in! Who says you have to show a little cleavage to be sexy? Costello Tagliapietra has challenged that misconception by delivering a collection of dresses that barely show any skin, but still exude sexiness. None of the dresses show any cleavage; a
