We're referring to Weiner's manscaping habit. (Two of the photos of him-well, one alleged, one definitely him-that have made their way onto the Internet reveal that the Congressman was grooming his body hair. In both the chest shot and the crotch shot, Weiner appears completely hairless.)
And when Cosmo investigated this, ahem, growing trend last year, we discovered that almost every dude has guy-groomed. And a lot are doing it below the belt. Many of the 1,000 men we surveyed said they didn't go all bare (like Weiner seemed to have done), but they said they trim or shave the outer edges.
