It hasn't even been a week since Prince William and Kate Middleton (a.k.a., Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge) started their tour of North America, but she's already worn more outfits than I own in my entire closet. I think that qualifies her to be the first one on this list, don't you?

Talk about super chic. All of the outfits Kate brought with her look fabulous and fit her like a glove. But if I was held at gunpoint and made to choose, I think my three favorites (so far) are her two blue lace dresses and this sailor-esque pleated dress.

Which of these three dresses is your favorite? Has she worn anything you don't like? (Ugh, as if she could ever look bad, based off these pictures of her.) As some of you might already know, we tend to have fun debates in the Beauty Riot office, like "Would you ever let your boyfriend dress you?" and "How long can you go without washing your hair?"

And since we're all an argumentative bunch (we like to call it "having strong opinions"), we usually end up posting these debates on our Facebook page, where we get readers to share their opinions.

Our latest office debate? The best perfumes for summer. Of course we all had our favs, but we managed to narrow it down to Daisy Marc Jacobs or DKNY Be Delicious ... and in the end, we still couldn't decide.

(For example, I'm totally digging this makeup look, just disregard the hair.) I also keep a running list of celebs that always get it right: Kim Kardashian (learn how to do her smoky eye look here), Mila Kunis, Blake Lively, Taylor Swift. I could keep going, but I'm not because ...

These celebs have committed some of the worst sins in makeup history, kinda like these reality stars. Thin, penciled-in eyebrows, glitter eyeshadow, full-body bronzer, black lipstick; yup, it's bad. Real bad. And while these celebs have tons of money and access to the best stylists, they somehow end up looking ... well, you'll have to see for yourself.

It happens every summer. I start using all my favorite summer products (note to self: add these must-own products to the list) -- and then I get hooked on that one thing.

Last summer, it was lip balm. I'm not joking when I say I pulled it out every five minutes to re-apply. If you didn't think it was possible to be addicted to lip balm, here's proof.

This summer, it's my gradual self-tanning lotion. Seriously, I'm totally addicted ... I can't even get into bed without applying it at night, or out the door without another application. And while addictions are usually a bad thing, this one gives me a gorgeous tan and lets me keep it. You know, as long as I use it all summer long, which obviously won't be a problem for me.

Let me start off by saying, I've never really been a "hat" person. Ever since I tried wearing this gray hat for an entire day (and on this face shape, yikes), I have no further interest in showing off my big forehead. (Sorry, no pic of that.)

From that point on, I've always been too wary to buy -- or even try on -- any cute hats I see. I mean, aren't all hats unflattering when you actually put them on? These OMFG looks only help make my point ...

Is anyone planning to see Britney Spears in concert this summer? The only -- and I emphasize, only -- reason I would go is to see her in some crazy getup like the one pictured, from her Circus tour. What's going on with that sheer, patterned leotard? And those swirly nipple targets. Wow. No wonder she made it on our "8 Celebs We'd Rather Die Than Be" list.

Miley Cyrus, on the other hand, looks like something out of an Abba concert. A bit of old-fashioned disco meets raunchy strip tease. And just because she's trying so obviously hard to get this "no pants" trend started, here's proof that it's just not working.

Both of these outfits are so ridiculous, I can't decide with celeb takes the prize. But I have decided that the loser gets to buy the winner a decent pair of hair extensions ... although they both desperately need a lesson on how to put them on the right way. Let's go over your summer fashion checklist: Do you have a great summer dress? If not, you may want to check out this gallery. What about summer shoes? I'm personally digging this pair of gold Toms. And are you stocked up on bathing suits? Just steer clear of this one. It gives me a slight headache, though I don't know if that's because of the pattern or the odd shaped cutouts.

Well, it seems like you got everything covered … wait, what about your summer accessories? The bags, jewelry, sunglasses, and other little items that totally make an outfit? No?!?

I loooove accessories. Here's why: They're super cheap -- granted, I'm more Forever 21 than Cartier; there are tons of options; they can transform any outfit from "meh" to "wow;" and most importantly, they can't tell if I've gained weight ... unlike my jeans. If you haven't guessed already, I own a lot of accessories, and I'm pretty sure these bangles will soon join my stockpile.

Image credit: People.comAfter seeing Katy Perry with this jet black hair color for so long, I was shocked to see that she dyed her hair ... a strange orangey-red color.

That doesn't even look like Katy Perry, right? I had to look twice to make sure it was her (I even looked in this celeb yearbook to double check). It's definitely a big change for the singer, and based on her following tweet, I'm not so sure she's happy with the result:

"So I didn't get to the exact color I wanted from being black for so long! To get to goal I have to be a ginger for three weeks! If I don't wait three weeks, I'll end up with no hair or a pixie '90s cut with a barette [sic] in the front. It's okay, I'll get to my secret color(s) soon!"
