By Joanna Douglas, Senior Fashion and Beauty Editor | Fashion – Mon, Mar 11, 2013 4:09 PM EDT"Girls" is back on HBO, and after each episode we'll be highlighting one specific outfit we love. By Joanna Douglas, Senior Fashion and Beauty Editor | Fashion – Sun, Feb 24, 2013 11:36 PM ESTIt's finally here! The Oscars! The red carpet superbowl! Yes, there were loads of beautiful, ultra-sparkly gowns, millions of dollars of jewels, and perfectly crafted updos. But there were also a lot of boring, tacky, and uninspired gowns.
