To help stimulate collagen, apply products that contain peptides as well as ones that moisturize. "Your lips don't have oil glands and are prone to dryness, which highlights thin lips," explains Dr. Gross. Apply a lip balm made with vitamin E or shea butter to fight off dryness. Opt for one that also has SPF 15 or higher to limit sun damage and reapply throughout the day. Finish with a swipe of lipstick that's formulated with peptides.

Photo by: Diane EdmondsBut as her first class of 10 golden retriever puppies neared 16 weeks of age, one of them, Ricochet, began to lose interest. "I struggled to get her back on track," Judy recalls. "I was frustrated because, from the very start, Ricochet had shown huge potential," she says. "She was brilliant. By 8 weeks she was turning on lights, opening doors and retrieving things"-skills that many service dogs don't learn until 14 months. "I knew she wasn't a typical dog. She had a certain presence, and a knack for this kind of work." The problem was, Ricochet just couldn't focus, and Judy didn't know how to help her.

Super Bowl Sunday is practically an unofficial national holiday, so it's no surprise that the day doubles as a food fest as well. Domino's expects that it will sell somewhere upward of 9 million slices of pizza, while the California Avocado Commission estimates that fans will consume 160 million avocados (most likely in the form of guacamole, of course). But it's not like game attendees will skimp on the smorgasbord, either: For example, during 2009's Super Bowl XLIII at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium, 55,200 hot dogs were sold.
