EVERYONE WILL LOVE THESE!!!
Roll up. Set aside. Remove pan from oven. Stir the mixture evenly. Spread pecans evenly on top of sugar mixture. Place rolls seam side down on top of the pecan mixture. You can brush with more butter if you like and then sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350 degree oven until browned around 25 minutes till nicely browned. Flip onto a pie plate deep enough so the syrup doesn't spill as it is flipped and burn you. Cool slightly serve hot.

Chicken Mushroom Parmesan with Linguine Recipe

4 to 6 chicken breasts cut in long slices
mushrooms
linguine pasta boiled separate
Sauce:
melted butter
extra virgin olive oil
minced garlic
chopped fresh parsley
grating cheese (Romano and Parmesan recommended)
dried basil, oregano, cayenne pepper and garlic powder
chicken broth
white wine
salt and pepper to taste

flour, cinnamon, butter, brown sugar, 1 egg yolk
1 egg white beaten for the top, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, chocolate chips, macadamia nuts chopped powdered sugar

Island Rum Marinade for Chicken or Shrimp Recipe and Our Cruise

Another great grilling marinade and delicious sauce. Get the most use out of your summer grilling with the best flavors! One of the many delicious island foods we had on our recent Eastern Carribean Cruise in the Virgin Islands last week. August 12th we set sail on our seven day anniversary cruise. As soon as we got home I had to make this grilled delight myself! Yah mon! It's a favorite food served on most beach day excursions. The smell alone made your mouth water.

2 pounds of shrimp, boneless chicken or pork tenderloin cut into cubes..
