It was a first of its kind attempt to engage Singaporeans directly through social media, and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had to field more than 5,000 questions during a webchat he conducted on Wednesday night.

Questions came hard and fast as netizens raised concerns and queries on hot button topics like foreign talent, public transport, costs of living and housing.

Among the suggestions was netizen Ban Tay's proposal that the government be gracious and act on mistakes immediately, to which PM Lee agreed.

    • Bentley State Limousine

Prince William, accompanied by his brother Prince Harry, came to the Westminster Abbey in the Bentley State limousine, one of the most exclusive cars in the world. Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip, also used Bentley from the royal car-park.

However, Kate chose to ride with her father in the Queen's classic 1977 Rolls-Royce Phantom VI. This custom-built limousine with a raised roof and other special features was presented to Queen Elizabeth II on her Silver Jubilee in 1977 and was her primary vehicle until she switched to newer Bentley models in 2002.

After the wedding Prince William borrowed his dad's vintage Aston Martin Volante DB6 MKII convertible as he drove his new wife to Clarence House, his official residence.

There was another, not so upscale and luxurious brand, which was visible at the royal wedding. One of the two nuns that were sitting beside newlyweds was wearing black Reebok Classics trainers underneath her traditional outfit. Daily Mail even joked

    • What is Stevia

In 2010 when Natraburst first came on the market, I went to the One24 website, clicked on product, and reviewed the product ingredients. The claim is that its a super food. So what is a super food? A super food is simply a mix of natural fruits and vegetables. On the Natraburst ingredient label, that is exactly what I found, simple fruits and veggies. They use a natural sweetener called Stevia. This is a much better alternative than corn syrup, refined sugar, aspartame or sucralose (also known as Splenda). Stevia has no bad side effects like these other sweeteners.

Now there are several reports coming out from people who are using the product. These are not medical claims, but rather people's personal testimonies. One customer of Natraburst is a young lady with Autism. Her mother started her on Natraburst and within a few short weeks started noticing an improvement in her child's communication skills. She was sold on the product.

There have been other users of Natraburst that claim

    • Is Stevia Safe

If you have a sweet tooth, but wish to avoid the calories and glucose from sugar or the toxic bi-products of artificial sweeteners, then Stevia is a choice you should look into.

Stevia is a small, green, whole leaf plant that is native to Paraguay. The leaves are extremely sweet and can be used whole (brewed with tea leaves), ground into powder, or sold in liquid form.

Aside from the use as a safe, non-caloric sweetener, preliminary studies indicate a possible link between Stevia and appetite suppression. It has been shown to interrupt the hunger mechanism causing people to feel fuller sooner. Containing glycosides, Stevia is not metabolized and contains no calories.

In addition, in its pure form, Stevia does not adversely affect blood glucose levels and is safe for diabetes or hypoglycemia sufferers. Diabetics have reported that 20-30 drops with each meal helps keep their glucose at normal levels after a short time period. Increased mental acuity and higher levels of energy have

    • Smoke on The Water

I was introduced to this track by Stuart Maconie a couple of years ago when Radcliffe and Maconie were in the middle of their Radio Two evening run. For some reason I remembered it whilst driving home during the week and found it lurking on a few web video sites.

The audience identifies Smoke on the Water from seven notes - and it gets a laugh. This is such a famous intro that many music shops ban customers playing it on guitars they try out in store.

I originally thought this is a Western audience seeing the orchestra on tour, however further research hints (unreliably) that it is a commemorative concert with a Japanese audience. Deep Purple (original version) were 'big in Japan' and the irony of the track is not lost on them. There's a hush when the audience realise that it's not a joke and they're going to play the whole thing.
