I'm a habitual night shower taker. I feel like it relaxes my body and makes me mentally prepared for sleep. Plus I love sliding under the sheets feeling clean and fresh. When I stray away from my normal routine and have to get clean at a different hour, it kind of annoys me. So this morning before I hopped in (cause I was too tired last night--you've been there right?), I was a little grumpy about it. But as the day progresses, I feel wide awake and more alert than most mornings.
This got me wondering if I should consider switching my clean time. It's so ingrained, I'm just not sure if I can do it. If I do, it will take a while to retrain myself. But it might be worth it.
When is your favorite time to shower or bathe? Does it wake you up in the morning, or relax you for the night?
