Foodies were starstruck, city socialites were keyed up, and JustLuxe staffers were Tweeting their thumbs off during Food & Wine All-Star Weekend at Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
While we were sometimes hard put to resist sneaking to the pool to catnap, or stopping by the Ketel One booth to get a custom-monogrammed scarf (reading LushLuxe, of course), we stayed true to the champagne-fueled itinerary. Because we know that only once in a great while can one find boldface talent including Michael Mina, Sirio Maccioni (and sons), Masa Takayama and Jean-Georges Vongerichten under one roof, hosting tastings, giving interviews, doing cooking demos, and snapping pictures with fans.
A series of interviews from All-Star Weekend will reveal cooking tips learned from star chefs, our favorite new discovery transplanted from one of Bangkok's top kitchens, and some things you never knew about chefs you always loved. Without further ado...

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 300 gr (about 1-3/4 cup) semolina flour
- 3 eggs
- 250 gr (about 9 ounces) seabass
- 100 gr (about 3.5 ounces) mussels
- 100 gr (about 3.5 ounces) clams
- olive oil
- Prepare the fresh hand-made pasta, mixing the eggs, the semolina flour, and the olive oil last, and let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the sea bass, cooking in a pan and add a pinch of flour and some cream.
- Prepare the ravioli, rolling out the dough until it is paper-thin. Cut squares from the dough with a ravioli cutter.
- Once finished with this preparation, start preparing the final product. Stir one egg yolk. Take some filling and place it in the center of the square-cut ravioli, so that you have left some edge around the filling.
- Brush this edge with the egg yolk and place another ravioli on the top of the ravioli with filling and press the edges together, sealing with the filling inside.

As a stylist in demand with A-List celebrity clientele that includes the likes of Tyra Banks, Julianne Moore, Beyonce, Heidi Klum, and more, he lost track on how to take care of himself properly. His dedication toward his occupation led to him not making his own appearance a top priority. Like so many of us do over the years, Mr. Brewster had put on a few extra pounds.Read More »from Celebrity Stylist Kithe Brewster Loses 100 Pounds on Duke Diet Plan
"As a stylist, it's my job to make other people look good. I never really looked at myself that way. I was always too busy. This is not an excuse; it was just my reality. I see things differently now," said Kithe Brewster, celebrity stylist extraordinaire who also lost more than 100 pounds since following the Duke Diet plan.
Kithe conveyed to us that he was in Miami when he first felt the toil from carrying around the extra weight. The experience changed him forever. It was the first time that his hectic lifestyle had actually led to him experiencing a physical break down.
"When I was styling the runway shows for

Colgin Cellar's Ann Barry Colgin believes research and development is everything in the wine business. As the statuesque Texas native walks through her magnificent and incredibly well stocked wine cellar where she keeps her private collection, she points out wines from all over the world; from Burgundy and Bordeaux regions of France to Super Tuscans from Italy and wines from the Central Coast of California . There are wines that date back to 1889 and there are large format bottles as well, including an enormous one that contains 18 liters of wine, which is the equivalent to two cases.
"I firmly believe that you need to know a great wine in order to make a great wine," says Colgin, whose background is in the art, antiques and auction world. "It is very important for our wine making team to get to taste wines from around the world, especially wines for which we produce like varietals. Every successful company should have a research and development component."

Pistol Panties has become a celebrity favorite, thanks to flattering cuts that are sexy and offer quirky takes on vintage styles. The Spring/Summer '11 Collection is perfect for swimwear lovers looking for a new look.
Launched in 2006 by swimwear expert Deborah Flemming, Pistol Panties has become an international hit, appearing on the well-toned bodies of celebrities like Sarah Jessica Parker and Elle Macpherson and in the pages of fashion bible Vogue and other magazines including Elle and Marie Claire.
"I wanted to bring back vintage glamour into a modern swimsuit, so I took what is great about Latin American swimwear and adapted the shapes for the European market. When I lived in Miami everyone had at least 30 bikinis, so I know firsthand what works, and wanted to mix technical expertise with retro-glamour. The SS11 collection is all about 70s disco and Bianca Jagger," said Deborah Flemming.

Who wants to ride on a Louis Vuitton Carousel? The models showcasing the Spring 2012 Louis Vuitton Collection did just that at the Spring 2012 Runway Show in Paris.
Designer Marc Jacobs turned the wow factor to the maximum with the styling and presentation. The backdrop was clean, almost clinical. The looks were whimsical, pastel, feminine and very delicate. There were a few structured, tailored pieces but mostly elegant dresses with full skirts, eyelet detailing and feathers. The pieces looked like candy. They had a playful air but didn't lose the class and status that is associated with the House of Louis Vuitton.
The mule was even updated. Glazing the runway was a new version on the mule shoe. They boasted a pointed toe and were done in metallics with statement hues such as honeysuckle, daisy and seafoam green. These mules bordered the colorblocking line. Many handbags were done in exotic skins and some were

And for the record, Gunn is not only unbelievably insightful, but also charming, inspiring and gracious as could be. Check it out:
Did you always know you'd be working in fashion as such a powerful personality?
Tim Gunn: No one is more shocked and surprised than I am! This was not ordained. In a matter of speaking, fashion came after me. It's unusual for me to cross faculty and administration. I was Associate Dean at Parsons. I was Mr. Fix-It. I went to the areas that were having difficulty. I would offer diagnoses of what was going wrong and then offer collaborative prescriptions to fix it all. I was running the search for a
