Wines That Rock announced this week the release of their newest varietal, Grateful Dead "Steal Your Face Red Blend." The 2009 red blend is the latest in the eclectic winery 's lineup of rock and roll-inspired labels, which already counts Rolling Stones "Forty Licks Merlot," "Woodstock Chardonnay," The Police "Synchronicity Red Blend" and Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the Moon Cabernet Sauvignon" among its offerings.
Crafted by Mark Beaman of the Mendocino Wine Co., "Steal Your Face" was conceptualized while Beaman listened to the Grateful Dead's Winterland Ballroom performance in San Francisco . "To capture the essence of the live energy for Grateful Dead's 'Steal Your Face,' we chose to meld several varietals into one," said Beaman. "Just as the band members would segue through various musical styles, this wine's far reaching flavors melt seamlessly from one to the next.

Hair trends come and go, but one style that always seems to stand the test of time is the bob. There are different variations of this classic cut, but the general distinction is that hair typically ends around ones jaw line. From the looks at this year's fashion week, (thanks Keira Knightley!) the current "in" bob is more tousled than sleek and bangs are an option but certainly not a requirement.
According to celebrity hair stylist Justin Sohr, of the Michael John Salon in Beverly Hills, as long as you take face shape into consideration, anyone can make a bob work. For a round face, the 20-year styling veteran says chin length tends to be most flattering.
"Have your part off center and bring the hair forward keeping the sides smooth and straight," Sohr says. "And a little volume on the top will help to elongate your face." If you want your hair longer, he recommends getting graduated layers from your lips down. (Photo courtesy of Flickr/jingdianmeinv1)

Johnnie Walker, the legendary Scotch whisky brand founded in 1820, has announced the U.S. arrival of its new limited edition Double Black bottling. To create the bold, complex spirit, the trademark smoky characteristic of Johnnie Walker's famed Black Label, which celebrated its 100th anniversary recently, was amplified to deliver an additional rich intensity of flavor.
Select single malts from Johnnie Walker's unparalleled reserves including both naturally smoky aged whiskies and whiskies matured in deep charred oak barrels were blended together in perfect harmony.
Master Blender Jim Beveridge created Johnnie Walker Double Black to complement the current styles of the Johnnie Walker portfolio while maintaining the "centuries-old tradition of blending the world's leading Scotch whisky." Johnnie Walker holds a Royal Warrant from the Queen of England.
The mix of single malts in Double Black often include casks from smaller, remote distilleries on

We've all had the experience of being transported back in time from a simple whiff of something. I feel like I've entered a time machine back to the age of five in my grandmother's garage when I smell a particular mix of scents that I still can't quite describe - I can only say, it smells like my gram's garage! I think it's the reason so many women like to have a "signature scent"- a fragrance that they want to be remembered by. We know instinctively that nothing will bring the same subtle (or strong) rush of emotion in memory. It's a way to not be forgotten.
Researchers know that odors don't trigger memories that are any more accurate than the memories triggered by other stimuli, but odors do trigger memories that are more emotional, according to psychologist Rachel Herz, a Brown University professor who studies the psychology of smell. "A person may have no emotional reaction to seeing a photo of a loved one who died," says Herz, "but that person may unexpectedly encounter the same Montreal Fashion Week | High Fashion Highlights

It wasn't until I was graciously invited to attend Montreal Fashion Week by the Bureau de la Mode Montreal that I realized our neighbors up north had such impeccable fashion talent.
Not only is Montreal home to local brands including ALDO, Le Chateau, Parasuco and more, but it's also an underrated force in the fashion world that specializes in ethical apparel, specialized costumes (Cirque du Soleil's ostentatious ensembles are custom-made in town) and winter wear, just to name a few.
During my stay, I was completely charmed by the adorable picturesque French city, the friendly people and, of course, the ingenious style of the city. I was ever the girl about town - attending back-to-back fashion shows daily, mingling with designers, visiting specialty boutiques and ateliers, taking in the city sights (the exquisite Jean-Paul Gaultier exhibit is not to be missed!) and gorgeous architecture - all while soaking up every ounce of the Montreal fashionBurning Torch Makes Eco-Friendly Fashion Luxurious
