Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com just announced the winner of their Eighth Annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest, which challenges entrants to create dresses made entirely from toilet paper (plus glue, tape, and/or needle and thread). This year, the prizes were doubled, with the winner received $2012 and $1000 and $500 going to the runners-up.
For the second year in a row, 26-year-old aspiring artist and designer Susan Brennan, of Orchard Lake, MI, took home the grand prize!

With its free-spirited headpiece and ruffled skirt that reminds her of frosting, Susan calls her dress the Bohemian Cupcake. Made from 10 rolls of toilet paper, hot glue, packing tape, and needle and thead, she aimed to design a dress filled with flirty texture and tons of detail.
