After being publicly linked for about a year, Blake Lively, 25, and Ryan Reynolds, 35, tied the knot last night at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., according to People.
About 70 guests attended and were required to check their cell phones at the door.

During the reception, held in a white tent at the plantation, Lively's good friend Florence Welch (of Florence and the Machine) performed three songs. E! reports that Bette Midler sang at the ceremony.
The bride wore Marchesa, and the groom wore Burberry. The $3,000 wedding cake was driven eight hours from Maggie Austin Cake in the Washington D.C. metro area for the happy couple, according to New York Daily News. The rings were designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

Earlier this year, the couple bought a country home in Bedford, N.Y., where they've been spotted horseback riding together.

Looks like Snooki now has a wedding-planning partner-in-crime! According to a source close to the "Jersey Shore" cast, Jenni (Jwoww) Farley and her boyfriend of two years, Roger Mathews, quietly got engaged a few months ago - but they're keeping the news under wraps to reveal it on the second season of "Snooki & JWoww," which began taping in August.

Last month, Farley told People, "[Roger's] dad is dying for us to get married," she says. "He wants grandchildren. He texts me almost every day for that."

Pop-punk singer Avril Lavigne's love life might have been complicated, but she's finally found her counterpoint in Chad Kroeger, the frontman of rock band Nickelback!

People magazine reports that Kroeger, 37, proposed to Lavigne, 27, on August 8th with what appears to be a 14-carat pear-shaped engagement ring. The Canadian singers first met back in February, when they co-wrote some songs for Lavigne's upcoming album, her fifth, which will be released by the end of 2012.
"I knew I was falling for her," Kroeger has said of working with Lavigne. "It was incredibly powerful and something I'll never forget."
