Alessandra Ambrosio has
Courtesy Victoria's Secret earned the honor of modeling this year's Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra, which was created by London Jewelers and is worth an impressive $2.5 million! The Floral Fantasy bra is handset with amethysts, rubies, and sapphires as well as white, pink, and yellow diamonds-all set in 18 karat rose and yellow gold. But the most awe-inspiring rock is the 20-carat white diamond that sits front and center inside the blossom on the blingy brassiere. There's also a coordinating belt that boasts more than 5,200 precious stones. The gems were selected after a thorough inspection of more than 15,000 from around the world. And while the mother of two has big cups, er shoes, to fill-Miranda Kerr was the lucky Angel who sauntered down last year's runway in the coveted multimillion-dollar creation-genetically-blessed Ambrosio shouldn't be too worried. The bombshell told InStyle.com that she started working out just two months after the birth of her son, Noah Phoenix, back in May.

Balazs Gardi for Red Bull Content Pool (2)Felix Baumgartner broke the speed of sound! Eight million people watched live on YouTube as the Austrian daredevil jumped 128,100 feet from a balloon at the edge of space, according to CNN. His 43-year-old body reached speeds of 833.9 miles per hour before landing in Roswell, New Mexico. To survive the atmosphere (which is really, really cold!), he had to wear a 100-pound pressurized suit. Though, we're happy to know he accessorized under all of that gear! The diver plummeted through the stratosphere wearing a Zenith El Primero Stratos Flyback Striking 10th watch, which clocked his 4:20 freefall and 9:03 jump. "Our watches have participated in some of the grandest human adventures," said Zenith CEO Jean-Frédéric Dufour in a statement. The watch sells for $10,000, just pennies compared what it probably cost to jump from space.

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic; Steven Lawton/Getty; Gregg DeGuire/WireImage (2)Usually, deep reds and autumn hues dominate fall manicures, but this year we're seeing a surge in blue, with Taylor Swift, Lena Dunham and Jessica Biel all wearing azure shades. Celebrity manicurist Jin Soon Choi credits the bold hue's universal appeal. "Blue is a chic color that looks great on all skin tones," she told InStyle.com. Before layering on a dark lacquer, take an extra minute to prep your nails, as "high color pigments tend to stain nails," Choi said. Her tips: After shaping nails (Choi suggests short nails with a natural square tip for a modern mani), apply a nail strengthener as a protective base coat. Let dry and apply two layers of your chosen hue. "Make sure to apply the color evenly for a chic look as opposed to a Gothic one," she adds. Top it off with an extra-high-gloss top coat for a sophisticated finish.

By InStyle.com | Fashion – Mon, Oct 8, 2012 3:09 PM EDT
Courtesy of CBS (2)The Good Wife costume designer Daniel Lawson gave InStyle.com the exclusive inside scoop about what Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) wore on last night's new episode. "This week, it was really about de-extreming and rebuilding the looks," Lawson said. "You want these women to be as fashion-forward as they can be, but we don't want to be extreme." To achieve this balancing act, he customized each piece that landed on screen, taking out some of the ruffles of the navy Armani jacket, for instance, and hemming the tails on the skirt and jacket of this burgundy Altuzarra suit. AP Photo/Charles Dharapak; EPA/MICHAEL REYNOLDS / EPA POOL /LANDOVWhile President Barack Obama and Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney fought with words at the first presidential debate last night, we took notice of a different match-up-the looks worn by wives First Lady Michelle Obama and Ann Romney. Obama wore a geometric-print blouse under a bright blue dress-and-jacket combo from the Preen's fall 2011 collection-a label designed by Brits Justin Thornton and Thea Bregazzi-while Romney opted for a sleek white two-piece suit and classic two-strand pearls. Which look did you like better? Rock the vote by picking your favorite in the poll.

Courtesy of MarchesaMarchesa is the go-to for a wow-worthy, head-turning red carpet moment-case in point: anything dramatic that Eva Longoria wears or, you know, Blake Lively's wedding gown-and now the label is turning its attention to something on the opposite side of the spectrum… SPORTS. Tonight at a private event, Marchesa co-founder Georgina Chapman will debut a limited-edition top inspired by the pigskin-throwing team, the New York Jets, a look she created after Suzanne Johnson, wife of Jets owner Woody Johnson, approached Chapman and her Jets-loving husband Harvey Weinstein with the idea. "It's been a year in the making and I can't wait to unveil the Marchesa shirt for the masses, a real fashion forward statement for female fans that elevates team apparel," Johnson told InStyle.com. And the pair shared this exclusive first look with InStyle.com! "My design philosophy centers on the dramatic and feminine; beading, embellishments, and lace are an integral part of the Marchesa aesthetic," Chapman
