Makeup artist Charlie Green has been in the business for 20 years, prepping stars for the red carpet and readying models for magazine covers. Her honesty and creative approach to beauty makes her an ideal mentor for Blush contestants, so we asked Green to share some of her best tips, including how to get lipstick right like Heidi Klum. Keep the eyes simple with this much color, she advises. "It can be too overwhelming."
2. Add Body Shimmer
Makeup is not just about the face! "The decollete, upper arms, back and shoulder blades are very important to accentuate," says Green, who has worked with Gisele Bundchen. "Exfoliate the area with a body scrub and then put on a gorgeous

1. Buy in Bulk
"If you see a great deal on a fabulous item, don't be afraid to buy in multiples," says eBay fashion director, Constance White. For instance, a chic clutch is a great gift for a friend or a sister -- it never goes out of style and you can always find a great brand on sale. When you see these deals, it's time to buy more than one if you can afford to.
2. Buy It Now
"You should always buy a beautiful piece if it's a great deal, no matter what time of year it is," says stylist and personal shopper Amy Salinger. "If it's a classic piece and something you know you will wear, you'll be happy you bought it. Don't ever rule anything out because it's the wrong month or season!" Salinger suggests making a list of the important items missing from your closet so that you can keep your eye out for great deals on them year round.

1. Move It or Lose It
As if fitting into your skinny jeans weren't motivation enough, working out also raises levels of essential neuro-proteins, which "lead to more brain cells that are better connected," says physician Mark Hyman of Lenox, Mass. "It's like Miracle-Gro for the brain." For best results he recommends 30 minutes of vigorous cardio activity, four to six times a week.
2. Sip Some Red
Don't wait for your next spa visit to indulge in vino-therapy: Studies show that drinking red wine in moderation (no more than one glass daily for women) slows the buildup of plaque in the brain, which can reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease.
3. Stop Stressing!
Attention, Type A personalities: Put down that Blackberry and strike a downward dog pose. If you don't learn how to relax, stress hormones will shrink your brain's memory center, the hippocampus.

Frederic Fekkai stylist Adir Abergel, who works with Jessica Biel, Camilla Belle and Jennifer Garner, says frequent trips to the salon is one of the first steps to healthy hair. "Getting regular trims and cutting off any dead ends will keep hair looking fresh," he says. Six to eight weeks is the recommended time between visits. However, you may need to trim more often if you create additional stress on the hair by frequent swimming or coloring.
2. Quick Shine
If you're in a hurry but your hair needs help, stylist David Babaii -- who has worked with Angelina Jolie, Scarlett Johansson and Kate Hudson--says to massage a little hair polish through the hair. He recommends using his WildAid brand, saying that "the clean scent along with its shine properties will have your hair smelling freshly washed and looking extremely shiny." Flyaways can also contribute to an unkempt look. "To smooth the hair, put some of my Volcanic Ash Sculpting Clay onto an unwanted toothbrush
