We got guys to open up and spill a few things they'd never say to a girl's face. What they shared will make sex better for both of you.
Modern Bride/Thomas IannacconeSex Secret: Guys like it rough sometimes.
John, 24, from Los Angeles says he gets hot when girls get grabby. "I like it when they pull my hair!" he admits. Tugging on a fistful of curls makes guys feel like you're really into it. No need to pretend, but if the feeling strikes, go ahead: Run your fingers through his hair and give it a pull.
Sex Secret: Yep, your guy does want to try anal.
"Most dudes want to have anal," admits Alex, 21, from Chicago. "And if they don't ask for it it's because they haven't had it yet. They probably want to try it." So if you're interested too, but your boyfriend hasn't made mention of that end of the spectrum, feel free to bring it up. He'll probably thank you.

As told to Amy Spencer, Glamour
WWD/Robert MitraI started styling people when I was just eight years old, without even knowing what a stylist was. One of my guy friends wore only soccer clothes to school, and it bugged me because his family was very well-dressed-they always wore Ralph Lauren-and I knew he had better clothes! So I went to his house one day and set up looks for Monday through Friday. I laid them out head to toe with shoes and everything. Isn't that weird for an eight-year-old to do? But he wore them and was so handsome.
Fashion, style, taste-I know it's all subjective. But at the end of the day, I think we're all just trying to achieve thatPretty Woman moment when we go from God-knows-what-we-were-wearing to total princesses. Shouldn't every woman feel like she has red-carpet moments? Just saying, shouldn't we all live the dream? It doesn'tby Tanya Edwards, Glamour

"It's not you, it's me." "I hope we can still be friends." "I'm just not ready for a relationship right now." Sound familiar? Every relationship is different, but breakups are surprisingly similar. We surveyed men and women on the best and worst ways to end a relationship.
1. DO break up in person, if it's someone you care about.
"Obviously don't do it over the phone, by text, or by email. Talk to the person face-to-face and be honest but decent," says Rob, 34, from Chicago.
2. DO prepare what you'll say in advance of the breakup conversation.
"Write the mental script," advises Mike, 31, from Los Angeles. By planning the conversation ahead of time, you'll be less anxious and more emotionally equipped to end the relationship.
3. DO tell the truth about why you want to break up.
You might be tempted to sugarcoat, but the best approach is honesty. "He has a right to know what went wrong in the relationship," says Laura Berman, sex therapistThe DOs and DON’Ts of Frozen Yogurt

Yes, some common daily beverages pack the calorie count of serious junk food! Back in 2010, experts reported that women were downing 56 percent more calories a day from drinks than they had been 30 years ago. Now a new study from Purdue University tells us why: Researchers found that when subjects ate solid food, they mentally registered the calories they were taking in-but when they drank a liquid form of the same food, they didn't. "We often equate consumption with chewing, not drinking," explains Joan Salge Blake, R.D., a spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. But guess what: Calories are calories, whether you chew 'em or chug! Check it out.
