Spending money right before Thanksgiving usually stresses me out. While it's still socially acceptable to buy for myself, I don't want to be broke for all the holiday shopping that's just weeks away.

This year, however, the season's sales have arrived early and I'm taking advantage. On the sites below, there are enough deals to buy myself a new Turkey Day outfit, surprise my mom with cashmere Christmas socks and still have cranberry sauce/pumpkin pie/mashed potatoes cash for November 22nd.

Scroll down now to see for yourself.

Stylemint: Now through November 14, the more you buy from the Olsen twins' Mint division, the more you'll save. Stocking up on $30 worth of goods merits 20 percent off, $60 is 30 percent, $90 equals 40 percent and $150 or more means half-off. No code is needed-just add the products to your cart and the discount will be applied upon checkout.

    • Dress like a Bond Girl

      Natalie Matthews, Lucky magazine

In the 22 existing 007 films so far, James Bond's wardrobe has changed about as much as his cocktail order. Slim-fit Brioni suits, sporty Omega watches: his look stays more or less the same.

Not so for his women. With their wardrobes ranging from teeny belted bikinis to giant fur shawls, the Bond girls have stolen the sartorial spotlight in each of those films. Partially because they get the benefit of being novel, exotic characters whereas James is always just one dude, but also because whether they're villains or heroes, they always look badass. It's as reliable as that shaken-not-stirred martini.

So in honor of the 23rd 007 film, Skyfall-which comes out today-I'll be borrowing a little of that Bond woman mojo for a bit, via the power-play items in the slideshow below. My day-to-day button-downs and loafers are great, but these are the sort of things that'd make me stand up taller when in a sticky situation. (For me, that might be less grandiose Read More »from Dress like a Bond Girl
    • Help Hurricane Sandy Victims by Shopping Online

      Alison Syrett, Lucky magazine

Participating in Hurricane Sandy relief efforts can seem overwhelming and discouraging, especially if you live out of town or have lots of office obligations. In such a predicament, one can obviously donate directly to the Red Cross, FEMA or another involved organization. But there's an equally charitable and mutually beneficial option, too: online shopping.

Right now, several of our favorite e-tailers are donating a portion of sales to-or have designed a special product benefiting-hurricane relief efforts. So you can help the cause from anywhere, at any time, while doing something you love-guilt-free. Below, we've listed 13 sites dedicated to helping storm victims-scroll down to check them out now.

    • 5 Ways to Make Your Boobs Look Better

      Becca Gross, Lucky magazine

How many times have you looked at a photo of a celebrity and thought to yourself, "OUCH. Girl, what is going on with your boobs?" How do famous people, with professionals on call, end up looking like they've declared war on their own chests? Who knows? But I'm here to help YOU avoid it. Here are my five tips for making your boobs look better:

      1. Go to an independent shop and get fitted for the best bra for you, and then buy it, regardless of the cost.
Remember that department stores will try to get you in whatever they carry in-store, so they may not fit you properly. An independent shop will carry a much wider selection of sizes. A bra that fits right will be almost uncomfortably snug in the band, and will cup-see what I did there?-your breasts without any spillage or poking. The straps won't slide down, and the band won't ride up. You won't have to fidget constantly. It will be a revelation, and you (and your boobs) will rejoice.

    • 5 Ways to Avoid Buying Counterfeit Goods Online

      Alison Syrett, Lucky magazine

Secondhand designer shopping gets a little tricky in the online world. Bereft of tactile senses, customers must consider new methods for spotting a fake. However, if you know what to look for, used luxury goods are a great way to save some money and score a really unique piece. Still a little nervous? Don't be. Here are five scam-proof tips to keep you safe:

1.) If the price is too good to be true, it probably is.
We can not stress this enough. Finding a Chanel, Hermés or Louis Vuitton bag for 75 percent off would feel like winning the lottery, right? Well, it's actually about as likely, if not less. Hitha Prabhakar, fashion writer and author of Black Market Billions: How Organized Retail Crime Funds Global Terrorists says if an in-demand item is put up for auction, "the open market will price it out-if it's real-to the price it's supposed to be."

2.) Research the seller or website you're buying

      Lauren Sherman, Lucky magazine

There are so many silly fashion rules. "Don't wear white after Labor Day!" and "Always match your bags to your shoes!" are two that are obviously meant to be broken. But we're here to call BS on a few others. The only rule you should follow? "Wear stuff that makes you feel good!"

    • How to Wear an Old Trend in a Fresh Way

      Natalie Matthews, Lucky magazine

I don't care how many girls in the same restaurant are wearing a peplum top-if you can find a different way to weave it into an outfit, you'll look fresh. • 5 Most Popular Makeup Removers

      Sarah Ferguson, Lucky magazine

As those who never leave the house without swiping on waterproof mascara know, makeup remover is a face's best friend. The same people know that even though nearly every beauty brand makes a makeup remover, they don't all work well. There's nothing more annoying than a remover that leaves you scrubbing until you're left with irritated raccoon eyes. (Especially after a long night, when you've finally remembered to take off your makeup.)

With Halloween fast approaching, it's important to be equipped with a gentle makeup remover that gets rid of of everything, from foundation to fake blood. Research firm NPD Group just released a list of the five best-selling prestige makeup removers from the past six months, so if you're struggling to find the perfect one I'd say it's a good place to start.
