We're big believers in thinking about your wardrobe holistically. Sure, you have your favorite pieces--but it's far more efficient to look at the big picture. Brad Goreski has taken over my closet! Okay, not really, but he has totally has influenced my spring style. Not because of his bow-tie collection or plethora of glittery shoes (although I do have many pairs myself), but his newfound love of printed sweatshirts! It's true: When I chatted with the mega-stylist a few weeks ago abut the five essentials you need in your closet, he also happened to tell me about his recent sweatshirt obsession--which is quite a change from the tailored suits he usually wears on his reality show, It's a Brad Brad World.

I knew I had to give the trend a whirl, seeing as it's totally Brad-approved and so many of my favorite designers seem to be producing badass pullovers. Starbucks always makes me think of this moment in You've Got Mail, when Tom Hanks mocks people with complicated coffee orders. While his observations are purely in jest ("People who have no idea what the hell they're doing, or who on earth they are, can-for $2.95-get not just a cup of coffee but an absolutely defining sense of self!"), I've always thought he was onto something there.
