Now that you've sweated your way to a tighter bod, make some tiny adjustments to your supermarket list. "Including specific foods that hydrate skin, build collagen and prevent fat storage in your healthy diet may help keep cellulite at bay," says Christine Gerbstadt, M.D., a spokeswoman in Sarasota, Florida, for the American Dietetic Association. Drink Up!
"Anytime the skin is well hydrated, it will look suppler and healthier," says Lona Sandon, R.D., a spokeswoman in Dallas for the American Dietetic Association. On your tush, thighs and other spots prone to cellulite, a thicker, plumper skin layer will better cover the fat cells underneath. Aim for about 8 1/2 cups of water per day, Sandon suggests. Count the water that's in your glass, but focus as well on what you put on your plate. Don't love to chug? Foods that contain large amounts

      Ashley Mateo, SELF magazine

Who hasn't fallen victim to a brutal hangover? Of course, yours may not have involved monkeys, facial tattoos or a fake marriage, but still, the morning after too much to drink can be rough. Cure your woes with these tips!

In 2009, Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms had audiences in stitches with The Hangover, a hilarious depiction of the aftermath of a bachelor party gone wrong. On May 26, they're back for another wedding, another party and another night of misadventures in Hangover 2.

We're not even going to pretend we could hang with this wolf pack. But sometimes, just keeping up with your friends at happy hour can make for a rough morning. There are a lot of myths about curing a hangover (spoiler alert: the hair of the dog doesn't help), but only a few fool-proof remedies for feeling better. Conde Nast Digital StudioConde Nast Digital StudioJennifer D'Angelo Friedman, SELF magazine

We've been with her through weight loss and gain, book club selections good and bad, free cars and "favorite things" and we even forgave her for Dr. Phil. But on Wednesday, we'll say goodbye to The Oprah Winfrey Show after almost 25 years.

Yes, this was our mom's show long before it was ours -- it's been on that long. Even if you're not a fan, there's no way you could have been on the planet for the last 25 years and not have been influenced by Oprah in some way. Here's a look at five Oprah moments we will never forget:

      1. Oprah Falls Off the 'Wagon'

In 1988, Oprah infamously wheeled out a wagon of fat, slipped into her skinny jeans and bragged about her 67-pound weight loss. But she soon realized what many of us have also learned the hard way: fad diets don't work.

As Oprah herself put it, "By the time I heard about Optifast, in 1988, I'd tried just about every diet known to womankind. I thought Optifast -- a fasting and supplement

Learn how to keep work woes from giving your health a pink slip with these heart-healthy tips.

Ticker Trap: A pressure cooker job
Women with a demanding profession have up to a 56 percent higher risk for heart disease than those with less strain, a study from Harvard University reveals.

Get heart-smart Every day, list three things you're grateful for, including one that's work-related. "When you're stressed, your brain thinks it's under attack and looks for anything that's bad. Gratitude encourages you to focus on the good stuff," says Shawn Achor, positive-psychology expert and author of The Happiness Advantage. This sunnier mind-set raises levels of the feel-good hormone dopamine and lowers stress hormones that tax the heart. Save your gratitude list in a Word document and read it whenever you start to spiral into the stress-o-sphere.

Conde Nast Digital StudioConde Nast Digital StudioEmilia Murdoch, SELF

Whether you're attending a business lunch, enjoying a dinner date or celebrating a special event, dining out at a restaurant can sometimes be tricky when it comes to eating healthy. That's why we turned to chef and 'investor' on NBC's America's Next Great Restaurant Lorena Garcia for tips on eating outside your home. These guidelines won't make you feel any ounce of guilt or deprivation--trust us!

      1. Keep It In The Fam
Garcia swears by eating family style. For example, for a party of six, instead of having each person ordering separate dishes, the whole table will order three or four different appetizers and two or three main courses to share.

"First of all, you can have a real taste of the restaurant," says Garcia. "And at the same time, you have the portion sizes of fewer dishes. You'll get a better understanding of the restaurant; you're watching portion control and it's more interactive." When sharing, Garcia recommends ordering a couple of interesting
